          You can't spend real money in Forza 7 for lootboxes.
          There's a 'car pass' but that's also in Horizon 3. I'm just trying to see where the whole 'mild' argument comes from when they are the same thing.

          @ArthurT85: in previous Forza games you would get extra credits for driving with assists off but in Forza 7 they made it so you have to get cards which are few time use only and give you the credit % boost for changing a certain type of assist. They come in different tiers with legendary cards giving the best multiplier. You can buy the card packs with real money.

          This is the only menu you can buy them from and the only currency you can use is in-game currency(CR).

          Generally speaking you turn that money over 10 fold on the one pack too.

          I'm not sure where you got your misinformation about real money, but it's definitely false.

      I purchased the deluxe edition shortly after launch, it included the VIP pass, Car pass (first 6 car packs?).
      Other than that, I just purchased this season pass.
      To complete the collection there are still 3 car passes that I need. Other than that there aren't any required micro-transactions, its not Forza 7 Motorsport.

      One X update should be good I reinstalled this on my PC the other day and it's been hugely optimised since launch. The one X should be able to play it close to 100fps at 1080p (if they give it this option instead of just making graphics maxed out)

    Has anyone confirmed if this Expansion Pass also applies to the PC?

    The individual Blizzard Mountain and Hot Wheels addons show both XB1 and PC availability, but strangely the Expansion Pass link above lists only XB1 availability?

      If you purchased Forza Horizon 3 on the store for xbox or pc, then it will work on both (PlayAnywhere).

    I was gonna post about this awesome deal. Thanks to OP anyway :D. Just installed the two expansions. It was damn confusing though! People should go to the Microsoft Store app from task bar and then look for the expansions individually. You should see the "Install" button there under each expansion. So, you will download each expansion separately. Hope it helps.

      I picked it up for Hot Wheels alone. Pretty awesome. Young kids are sure to love it. Atleast my 4 and 5 year old did.

    Has anyone been able to get xbox 360 controllers to work with this game?

    I've gotten it to be detected on Win10 and Steam, and yet FH3 can't detect the controller.

    How does one get this expansion pass installed? I bought it but MS did not send me any digital code for download. Also just realised that my MS account email is different to the one I use on XB1.

      All good, had to get a refund first and then went back and bought it "as a gift", which emailed the digital code to the specified email address.

      The deal (this deal) for the Expansion pass includes 'Blizzard Mountain' + 'Hot Wheels' so it works out at roughly $8 each. Very confusing comment by tonyjzx.

      Should have just said "This expansion pass for $15.73 includes Blizzard Mountain & Hot Wheels"

        The description is very clear of what the deal is for. The comment by tonyjzx is a simple and obvious breakdown of what each of the two expansions works out to be, not confusing at all if you read the description, or click on the one and only link in the description.

    Has anyone been able to get the DLC to work?.

    I'm at the point where I can access it, but when I go to the locations and travel it says to install I try to- MS store recognises it too. I then can't access any of them.

    Edit: Nevermind, PC and game restart seems to have fixed it. Now DLC is installing, seemed to have been a weird bug.
