If you're reasonable enough with the employees, they will usually replace it as long as it's in original packaging. You may just get store credit instead of a refund though.

This is a really good price for this router. I got mine for $499 from HN 2 weeks ago but havent opened it yet. Do you think I can get them to give me the price difference?
