  • These or Sony WH-1000XM2??? What are the general thoughts?

    • Sony are active noise cancelling. So if you don't need noise cancelling then get something cheaper or with other features you would like.

just to be clear, wireless Momentum's are active noise cancelling too. Reviews and ozbargain commentary seem to suggest that the Sony is superior. I have the momentum's myself and they are pretty good but have to say that I wish I'd gone the qc35s.

        • Oh. Sorry about that. For some reason I always thought the momentum series were not noise cancelling.

I have the qc35s and I find the sound quality on the momentum's to be better (a lot more bass) after trying them on at JB Hi-fi. May I ask why you prefer the qc35s over the momentums?

        • @MuffinLion: Have tried a friend's qc35's and found them more comfortable. Noise cancelling also better although I agree that the sound quality is better with the Momentums.

  • I own both the QC35's and the Sennheiser Wireless Momentums … the Bose have very disappointing Bluetooth range. Both headsets are comfortable with the Sennheisers offering a slightly superior sound experience. As for noise cancelling they are on a par but after that long flight most people do once a year you have to live with these day to day and Bluetooth range is paramount !
