      While both of them is rated as "medium-firm", the Chiropedic Black Label is a overall slightly firmer mattress (rated 6.5/10 in a firmness rating scale as compared to 6.0/10 on Chiropedic Red Label).

      The assured firm mattress is an extremely firm mattress and is generally recommended only for those seeking very firm sleeping surface. In our opinion it is still softer than hard floor. However, mattress firmness is a very individual matter and everybody has different definition of "firm". If you are particular about mattress firmness it would be a good idea to contact our customer service to arrange an inspection of our sample units before making a decision on the purchase.

        The complimentary pillow we are giving out is not a regular $20 micro fibre pillow. It features rows of mini pocket springs in the centre of the pillow to provide better support than common micro fibre pillows. Similar products are priced between $99 to $199 in various stores. Even if you purchase such product from discount online marketplace (e.g. eBay) the cheapest deal will still cost you more than $45. Combined this with our steep boxing day discount we believe the offering is a better value than the price of our eBay re-seller, even if you factor in the additional discount from "PUNCH".

          Unfortunately, as we ship our orders through courier companies, we are unable to guarantee specific date of arrival. If you are unavailable to receive the item apart from Jan 5th, you may like to consider giving the courier company ATL (Authorisation to Leave) to leave the package at your nominated spot around your house. Please note that courier companies may not be able to leave the package at apartment addresses due to safety concern, even when ATL is provided, unless you have a building manager or concierge who can receive the item on your behalf.

          I was talking about the section after customer info called shipping method. One option is Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide Metro is free and second one is domestic standard shipping which is $59.

          Am I allowed to give the courier company ATL and tell them to lay it flat at my house and not upright so it won't be easily seen? If I make the order today, would it arrive between Jan 2nd to 5th and how will I be notified when it's arrived as I'm not down at that house often? I'll be pming you soon.

      We are an online only company and do not currently operate a showroom. If you like be able to see and touch the mattress before purchasing, you may make appointment with us to view our mini sample mattresses at our Melbourne warehouse. These sample mattresses are about 1/3 size of a single mattress. While you are unlikely to be able to fully lie on the sample mattresses, you can still inspect their material quality, craftsmanship, as well as to test the firmness of the mattresses.     Very annoyed to realise that their eBay store is substantially cheaper (especially with PUNCH).

    For a king single, it's $180 from eBay, and $251 direct.

    You'd think it'd be the other way around.

      We like to clarify that our sales promotion when considering the 60% off, free delivery and free mini pocket spring pillow represent better value than offering from the eBay reseller, even after counting the 10% eBay promo code (PUNCH) discount. Naturally for any sales event where a fixed percentage of discount is across many products and SKUs, you may be able to find small number of individual SKUs where the re-seller may be pricing at lower cost. We believe this is very minority case and does not change the fact that we are offering great majority of our product line at best value across all genuine sellers (excluding sellers of counterfeit products).

      Upon receiving your comments, we have also done an exhausive price check and we would like to point out that, when we take full advantage of our Boxing Day 60% discount, free delivery and free pillow, The eBay re-seller's price only represent better value for 2 particular SKUs, out of the 12 SKUs on offer, even after factoring in 10% PUNCH discount (discount value paid by eBay, not the re-seller from our understanding).

        Ebay store was 200 odd before discount or 180 after.

        $70 odd difference.

        I have 1 king and 2 king singles already in the house. Kick in the guts to be ripped off like that.

    I am just looking at your warranty terms:

    All our warranties are back-to-base warranty. This means you will be responsible for returning the defective product or part to our nominated service centre or warehouse and for the shipping of the repaired or replaced product or part when it is ready.

    Essentially this would cost more than the mattress is worth don't you think? This alone would make sure nobody (or very minimally) actually will make a claim on your warranty.
