EDIT: This sale was advertised on TV tonight (Melb, Ch9) and there was no reference to needing Myer One card, so I think it is free for all

      Don't know, sorry. No real indication in the flyer or email - nothing says "you must show your myer one card to receive the discount", so my GUESS would be that it's open to anyone who walks into the store.

    15% off already reduced TV's is pretty cheap for TV's which are already cheap…I bought my Full HD 42" Panasonic Plasma for just over $800 last time, Myer return policy and points is much better than buying at JB Hifi, HN, GG's and the like.

    If your looking at getting a TV I would shop around at least a couple different Myer's as their prices may differ!

        Who said it is $50? are you retarded?

        One Myer could have a price of $1300+ before discount and another $1000 before discount. That's at least $200 saving when another Myer could easily be 10-15 mins away.

        I'm sure your one of those tightarses who doesn't want to spend $2 petrol to drive down the road to save enough money to be a days worth of work.

          or you could try that :) although I wouldn't ask one Myer to call another as I have found sometimes they will "correct" the price (for the worse) if there is too big of a difference between the stores.

    It doesn't look as good as the previous sale on Nov 27.

    On another note the Myer Sydney CBD store looks emptier than previous years, ie less variety and stock. Carrying what Big W and Harris Scarfe does. Is this the TPG influence?

    I just called Myer One dept to confirm eligibilty requirements.
    You need to produce a MyerOne card. However you can take along family and friends, so long as one of you has a card.
    Other option would probably be to apply for a card on the spot. ;0)

    The last secret Myer One sale I went to the staff member serving me didnt even know about (so the secret was kept very safe!). I wonder how many people got ripped off that day? (as they manually adjust the discount - its not automatic!). I love it when things are already discounted and then there's an extra one for Myer One members. Ive had so many problems with their 'discounts' though I wonder if they just play dumb or generally have no idea whats going on?

    dont need myer one card.. the discount is automatic.. went in just before.. and what the hell hardly a secret sale considering it was on TV! and they have signage outfront main doors.. lol.. still saved myself $34 off a nice shirt :) normally $80

    Yep, no need for Myer card. Got myself a VH suit+2 shirts+2ties - all come to around $420ish.
    Note, you can just pickup a jacket without the pants to get discount (or vice versa). The sale price showup immediately as soon as it scanned.

      How long has it been since you've been to a Myer? The city stores stock Ralph Lauren, Hugo Boss, Country Road etc.

    3 Ralph Lauren shirts for $8.50 each, they were hidden at the counter and I asked the manager about them since my friend works there. He got them from underneath the counter and probably was hiding them till the sale finishes.

    The Sales staff doesn't seem to know about them but the counter staff do. Still a great bargain for me
