  Goddamn for $236 this is a steal! bought these the other week for $260 and very happy with them. Comparable with the qc35s and 1000mx2s do your research and youll end up with these over the other 2. Great find.

    From what I’ve read and seen, audio quality is identical to the 1000XM2, but these are missing a couple of the features of the XM2, and ANC Isn’t as good? I’m close to pulling the trigger. I have been eying the XM2’s at $329. But for $100 less, I think these would suit me better. $260 is still an excellent price!

      I A/B'd them at JB. NC isn't quite as good. I imagine still acceptable though.

      Funnily enough the $260 price was from this deal, not sure why its cheaper now :(. I couldnt be assed waiting for it and price matched from JB. Your right the ANC is slightly better on the XM2s. However i dont think $100 better haha. But thats just me.

    Yo, just wondering how comfy are these? Are these on-ears or over?

    Over ears are usually more comfy for me… but these seems to be on-ears so I'm a little bit on the edge

      These are over-ears, I felt like they actually fit better than the XM2s as there's more space for your ear.

      Try them out instore, see what suits you better. I was able to pricematch at JB with no issues.

        For me literally nothing. I rang and told them the deal the lady on the phone checked with the manager and said ok. I asked if i needed a link she said no as it was still above their cost price. That was at $260 at cannington JB in perth. Then i just went in to pick it up. Honestly i was expecting to have to argue my way through but it was really a non issue.

        I thought id offer my experience as i have heard many stories of people getting refused. First time price matching anything and it was really hassle free. To be honest though i would of rather gave my money to videopro as they are the ones who gave us the deal but i wanted it that day.

        @champ21: stopped by earlier and the best they could do was $300 so didnt take it unfortunately. I tried this and the 1000MX2 for some 30 minutes, struggled to tell much of a difference other than the software for the mx2 is more interesting and fully featured.

        @champ21: I ended up holding off, didnt really need but have been eying the 1000mx2 for some time. Will prob wait a little longer for another deal when the xmas expenses have reset :D

  Has anyone had theirs sent yet?

  I'm pleased with the purchase, but not too impressed with the 'up to 14 business days' message. I'd been watching them for a few days before buying on Wednesday morning and there were only 12 sales between the price drop and the end of the coupon, so they don't seem to have been swamped.

  I'm just impatient.

    Mine haven’t been sent, purchased on Wednesday. They’re not quick lol. If they haven’t been sent by Tuesday I’ll be getting a bit annoyed. Only good thing is I’m in Brisbane (I see you are too), so once they are actually sent it should only be a day or two for it to arrive.

    Mate, have yours shipped yet? I’m now getting pretty annoyed with them. I asked for a shipping ETA, they told me there was “no way of knowing”. So I requested an order cancellation, and I was going to order these through Addicted to Audio for $250. They refused to cancel my order and issue a refund because my order was “packed”. The same order that there was “no way of knowing” a ship date.

    They then told me if I wanted a refund, I would have to wait for the headphones to be delivered (who knows when that will be) and then initiate a return through eBay. However, reading their returns policy, they would not accept a return under these conditions. Contemplating a paypal dispute, it’s been a week, this is pathetic.

      It looks like they just shipped this afternoon. They've been really slow.

      Try chatting to them through their VideoPro site. Ask them if change of mind is possible through Ebay (without letting them know any details(. When I asked, they said it was possible and would just need to be returned via Ebay (unopened etc). If you can get that in writing and emailed to you at the end of the chat, that should help.
