  Sony XB-30 is same price also, which has more bass and is louder than Charge 3 but is only IPX5 water resistant.

    If you have the money and plan to leave the speaker in the one place indoors, get the Bose (marginally better sound). If you want to spend less, sync with other jbls, charge your phone and take it places, get the JBL.
    If you are tossing up between JBL and a UE, get JBL. Unless all your friends have UEs and you think you will sync them up regularly.

  I reported this deal as "Out of stock" but that report was rejected because a mod was apparently able to add it to the cart. YMMV, but it appears to be out of stock.
