      Thanks, was just checking it.
      Will update it now.

These seem expensive, the 55" in what seems to be a newer model is $599 @ BigW lol. Aus stock and discounted gift cards is a no brainer.

Even the model with a soundbar is cheaper with discounted gift cards.

In particular i just checked the 65" 4K one on BIG W and this one seems to be a newer model judging by model code.

  • the android version is even older than kogan TVs

The picture quality was pretty shocking the last time I looked at a JVC TV

    • I have a jvc tv that’s a few years old. Only full HD and it’s pretty decent for the price

  • shopmonk??? No way.

Rep never replied for my queries. Over 3 months and no response on my email too. If you want to throw money in rubbish bin then you must deal with this seller.

Rep hasn't replied for my comment since 24th December.

Mate, you forgot to comment on other Shopmonk deals yesterday and day before. I thought I should remind you.

      • Your comment shows the maturity level. I will try my best to aware community people until you prove my claim is wrong.

        • PayPal refused your claim because it was wrong.
We never refused your claim, We gave you option of full refund if you return the items. You didn't want to return the items and instead wanted $400 partial refund (which was 50% of the total value of 2 phones), PayPal judged your claim as unreasonable and refused it.

It was between you and PayPal.

@shopmonk: Please confirm phone was rooted or not.

I had to go to PayPal only because you sent the rooted phones. Claim is reasonable or not is between me and PayPal.

You advertised Phone as brand new and that was rooted. So your advertised was totally incorrect.

        • @Unavailable: We never disputed whatever you said and claimed. We requested you to send the items back for full refund (Postage to be paid by Shopmonk). We would have investigated it with our supplier but you never sent it back. You always insisted for $400 refund which was refused by PayPal.

@shopmonk: Items are overseas. It could cost more so I didn't want to return. I insisted $400 because you offered $20. I paid for new phone and you offered $20 for rooted phone which is not new and doesn't seem right either.

        • @Unavailable: We gave you 2 options.

          • Full refund if you want to return.
          • $20 partial refund per item if you want to keep the item.

A reasonable counter offer from your side was a logical thing to do. PayPal being third party could easily see that your demand was unreasonable and they closed the case in seller's favor. I have explained this numerous times during our previous discussions in other threads.

@shopmonk: All this happened only because you falsely advertised phone on your website which is wrong practice and I will keep shouting forever. Cheers

    Aldi
    65" UHD $799 http://www.bauhn.com.au/product-listing/65-ultra-high-defini…
    40" FHD $299 http://www.bauhn.com.au/product-listing/40-full-hd-led-lcd-t…

I saw plenty of stock yesterday at my local Aldi store especially the 65"

"Delivery within 4-5 weeks"….??? Bloody heck thats a tad extreme - one can get a $1 item mailed from china via a Mum & Dad Ebay seller within 3 weeks.

I can only assume this retailer is ordering stock from China if/when they get orders.

I might be wrong but I thought JVC, which was a quality brand of mass consumer electronics back in the VHS era - was sold off as a brand a while back and as such has nothing to do with the perception folks have of the brand itself. Seems a very, very quesitonable buy on multiple levels IMHO.

  • DONT DO IT, THE ANDROID OS IS TERRIBLE.

    YOUVE BEEN WARNED!!!!

  • @shopmonk: Where is my phone? You've sent me the wrong phone, then led me to believe the correct one would be sent as soon as I sent yours back. Then you said that you never had the intention of doing this. I sent the phone back over a week ago and you still haven't sent the correct one out, instead today contacting me and saying that the phone is out of stock but that you can ship the same incorrect phone back and refund $20.
    It's a 3g phone, in 2018, surely that couldn't have been a serious offer!?
