          jb stores mostly hit and miss. I've gone to my local store who flat out refuses to match some of the price I've shown them.. and others who would do it without much hassle. their tech support is useless tho.. i seriously don't think any of them are trained for the products they are selling.

          i remember going to one JBHF to price match a nurtibullet against HN and her gadget didnt show the price i showed her on the mobile. she gave me that judgemental look - i asked if i could open the link on her device and she responded pretty rudely too.

          anyway she went up to terminal/pc and found out i was right.

      I'm not sure about this part but I have a Series 3 and it incomprehensibly faster than Series 2.
      Even if this price seems like lower than average I would not recommend getting it - wait for a Series 3 bargain instead.

        You can also use HN Amex offer to get Apple watch series 3 for $347 ( 38mm). Apple was supposed to be excluded from offer but I still got $100 cash back :)

      I have one s2, it’s ok on watchOS 3, not after 4, I can only use it for notifications now.

        I have the same issue, but it can be fixed once you restart/reboot the watch.
        I basically have to do it every time before I use the watch for exercise.

      we have both a S2 and S3 in our house and the S2 at this price is a great price
      the speed difference is negligible imho… its only slightly faster
      i would be getting the series 2 if you don't need cellular… the price makes this a great deal.

          My series 2 was running really slow (swipe different screens was almost useable) but after a soft reset, its now running so much faster and I'm really happy with performance. So I'd say the guy above has not done a restart for a while, which would explain slow performance.

          Try turning off Siri and anything else you can. It helps a little but still way too slow to be usable. Maybe this battery fiasco will help somehow.

    Just called South Warf, all Series 2 (38mm and 42mm) out of stock.
    Edit: Confirmation

    Called a few others and got condescending staff, all the other stores I called had already been bombarded with calls and the responses ranged from they don't stock that particular model or it's an error. Receipt won't help either sadly.

    Good luck to anyone who can get one though.

    I actually think this is a fair if not bad deal for old stock. The only real thing of value is the gold color as it’s no longer available in series 3. For the other colours I would recommend getting the Series 3 for the increased price for sure.

      Being an Apple fanboy with my iPhone MacBook iPad.. I have managed to avoid the Apple Watch mainly due to its battery life… plenty of other alternatives on the market… I mainly use Fitbit which has a battery life of around 5 days… looking at the Fenix 5x from Garmin also a good alternative at a premium price though… if you do a lot of sports and want tracking the Apple watches will not be ideal
