  • Much cheaper than a DiNovo Mini for my HTPC, thanks

  • The Rii might be better for a HTPC because it has a trackpad

    http://www.tomtop.com/2-4G-Wireless-Mini-Keyboard-with-Touch…

(there are cheaper places to buy them - that link just for info)

Note Rii is 2.4GHz, but uses a USB dongle, not Bluetooth. I use a Rii on my Wii :-)

    • That Rii piece of rubbish is a generic Chinese import, you can find stacks of different ones of those on ebay.

The wireless range on all 2.4GHz Media Centre keyboards I have used has been rubbish aswell (Shintaro and the Lenovo ones) and any small interference and they are basically useless on large screens.
You will also find the Kaiser Baas also has a mouse ball thing on the top right (not really sure what it is yet).

I comprehensively searched for a suitable HTPC keyboard/mouse combo around a month ago and outside of the Dinovo Mini couldn't find anything suitable.

I have decided to order one of these and give it a shot.
I hope this is better then my previous attempt the Shintaro keyboard as that quickly found it's way into the bin.

    • Rii has backlighting, this one doesn't.

If your home theatre is anything like mine, trust me you NEED those backlights!
