I had something like that happen ages ago, so I called the everyday rewards team and explain what happened an they were able to fix it. but in saying that it was moreso around me ordering $100 online and they didn't have stock of something so it brought It under the $100 and therefore coupon didn't apply. They still gave me the bonus points.
My last targeted offer was for 1500 bonus points and I only received 380, but I've emailed them and am awaiting a response.
call the reward team, never email as it took wait too long to get response, also took them many responses to get it fixed.
Call them and often they offer you the point and some time bonus
Sometimes the points are not instant. For example the recent New Years one - spend between 2/1-7/1 and in the terms and conditions
“If your points associated with this offer are not loaded instantly, they will be added to your balance by 17/01/2018.”Always keep track of what your waiting on and contact them if they don’t turn up.
You can also use the online chat and they'll fix it up while you are there.

Is there anybody having the same situation like me? I had activated Woolworths deal with promising rewarded points but after fulfilling its requirements I got no points since then. I did remember to swipe my Reward Card. So disappointed!
