Exetel… For a month or two every night at 11pm the service would disconnect for 20mins suspiciously also the same time their call centre closed…

  • +1

Think it has a lot to do with how far you are from the exchange IMO (NBN/Broadband Exchange Maps - https://www.adsl2exchanges.com.au/). Have just got broadband with Belong and did read bad reviews so was worried, but am actually really happy with them. I'm only 1km from the exchange though, so not too far which helps. Also fresh install with Belong at new property was zero fees, unlike everyone else that cost a fair bit to set up. Really happy with Belong so far anyway. Sorry hope I'm not being too positive, have always had good experiences with internet. Ah except for Dodo, but that was years ago.

I have voted Iprimus. I got a home Internet connection with VOIP. The router provided was terrible. We had to regularly restart it. They didn't replace it for about a year and only did so after I posted a thread complaining on Whirlpool.

My main gripe was tgat they wouldn't release the VOIP settings so that I could use my own router.

    • MP264? They aren't great are they…

      • +1

That's the one. When my little one saw Iprimus on the replacement router he said that he would be restarting this one now. Talk about brand damage.

        • I know they're working on rolling out a new one. Might help

  • No Skymesh option ?? Theyre not that great !!

TPG has been great for me since signing up to FTTB a few months ago. I get constant 90-100MBPS download and 30 upload and never had a drop out. And at $59 per month with a free AC1300 NBN modem router you can't go wrong. I guess it depends where you live..

    • Same thing, i'm on FTTP NBN and get consistent 95 down and 35 up.

    • +1

TPG FTTB is great because you get to avoid turdbull's fraudband. Most people who have issues with TPG are on their NBN related plans.

Their FTTB is arguably the best internet service you can get in Australia. Fast & cheap with no congestion. Pretty much guaranteed 90mbps down 24/7 provided you don't have any major wiring issues.

Only problem is most people can't get it since it's only available in select buildings in metro areas lol.

  • +2

I'm going with Optus on this one. I've almost never hard a night with satisfying speeds in the many months I've been with them. I am indeed talking about peak hour speeds, but if you can't even load Google without waiting you know there's a problem with over-populated traffic. I don't intend to download, I just want to be able to "do something" during that time. Was with TPG before this on ADSL2+ and never experienced slowness anything like I am now (I'm with Optus cable). It's a shame because I've heard mostly positive things and never thought anything could be worse than TPG. As much as service does get that little bit better with Optus, if your broadband doesn't work then a friendly conversation means nothing.

Will be moving most likely to Telstra in the coming days. Praying I can get decent speeds after.

    • That sounds terrible. I always thpught cable gave better speeds but perhaps not ?

      • +1

Indeed. I just woke up and found my brother frustrated while playing CS:GO. It's 12pm here - nowhere near peak traffic and horray, 2.3mbps download speeds. We're even paying extra for what I think was called the speed+ bundle, but I can only imagine what the speeds would be without the 'boost'.
        http://www.speedtest.net/result/6963984107

Edit: just to clarify this is of course not actual speeds. I'm having to wait to load webpages atm…

    • I've almost never hard a night with satisfying speeds in the many months I've been with them

      This guy porns.

  • They're all so terrifyingly BAD in their own unique way. It was Telstra tgen TPG and now Optus.
Optus's customer service is horrendous and they have not followed up on anything I've requested them to update, since I signed up.Keep over charging me for features, that are included in my package. What the hell happened to them after they off shored customer service?

  • Relative to market share I would avoid TPG

Obviously this thread is misleading and should be retitled:

    "The worst popular ISP".

TPG, Telstra and Optus have the largest customer base of all the ISPs.

The ratio of satisfied customers is probably relatively low.

But because they have a high customer base they will receive more votes than a company with a high dissatisfied rate and a low customer base.

So besides the humour factor the award is pointless.

    • Curiously, no one has mentioned this before 😊

    • +2

      Optus would be the worst.

They are the only one that deliberately congested their network and applies ridiculpus throttling in regards to netflix so they can keep that little award.

When thsy sell 100 megabits but cant even provide 1 and with constant packet losses in peak hour you know its bad.

  • +2

I think people really need to have a think about where the problems occurring actually lie as i think 50% of the time it's the infrastructure (Telstra or NBN) or hardware.

I was with iinet previously at my old address and they were good to deal with but on two occasions i had no internet for around 2 weeks as the pit on the street got flooded from heavy rain. Telstra had to fix it. Did i have problems? Yes, was it due to my isp? No.

  • +2

I’ve been with MyRepublic for about a year now. Besides some confusion on their part as to where to send the modem/router, it’s been flawless. No outages, consistent speeds and the price is right. I was getting worse performance and paying much more through iiNet for four years prior. Knock on wood my luck stays this way with MyRepublic.

  • +1

I'm located in Sydney. Optus cable peak hour download speeds are atrocious, I get around ~1.5mbps down. Back when I bought the service in 2015 for $90/mo with free speed pack I usually managed to get 90-100mbps down even in peak hour. I tried contacting customer service a few weeks ago, and after waiting ~40mins to get connected I was immediately disconnected/hung up on.

A vote for NBNco from me for been the shonkiest. For having to send out multiple contractors to fix the FTTP install which was done incorrectly in the first place, then digging up my front garden unnecessarily. They are a bunch of incompetent fools. I've changed isps a number of times and it seems that NBNco are the ones that keep screwing thing ups when changing providers.

  • +1

Telstra, for their absolutely useless customer service. Tried to get an NBN fault fixed for nine months. No result, so moved to Aussie Broadband and it took one month to have it fixed. Actually talked to one shore staff with Aussie, such a relief. So sad Telstra off shored their staff who are useless.

  • While im not looking to change from my current ISP, i wonder if a thread that detailed ISPs that people are completely satisfied with, that would be more helpful than voting for what is the worst ISP? (Tho i completely understand that perhaps this thread wasnt made in mind to be 'helpful' for people looking for an ISP).

    • Why not just look at the bottom of the list?

      • Problem with this is, lessor used ISPs will be at the bottom even if they are complete cow dung coz only 1 to 2 people would have signed up and visit this poll.

  • +1

Lots of people voting for Dodo but no one is saying why? Whats wrong with Dodo?

    • WTF? Luv ur username.

  • Since we are whinging about ISPs how about I share my 'lovely' experience with Telstra this week.

ADSL/Phone line completely dead. Completed the usual diagnostic tasks like resetting equipment, checking the connectors and their outrage webpage before calling. Rang Telstra waited over 35 minutes.

Call answered by some stupid moron who had zero empathy but yet at the same time had no problem letting me know that it would take them 4 days to fix the fault (they ended up fixing it in 2) and that I would be up for additional costs if it was a fault with internal wiring (which it turn out not to be the case).

So any suggestions on changing to a new ISP from Telstra? I am not a heavy user (average 50Gb p/month) and am considering mobile wireless as at least I have no problems with wires. As there no point paying more if there is simply no service.

    • At least they fixed the problem. Other ISP seem to just ignore you.

  • +1

Been with TPG for 6 years, switching over to another provider because they can't provide static IP for HFC. Called up to cancel the other day and this is what I get:

    • The $20 "compulsory credit" is not refundable. I can try to use up the credit but if it falls below $10 they will top up to $20 again.

    • Internet and home phone service is immediately cancelled, but you have to pay for a 30-day period equivalent fee, so another $59, while getting no service from them.

Were these things said to me when I joined? Maybe, maybe not. Who knows, but they claim it's all in the terms and conditions. After years of (relatively) good and (relatively) cheap service, for an unnecessary additional $20 + $59 profit, I am now feeling it's a pretty shonky company.

    • +1

Just FYI - TPG did that (refused to refund the $20) to a friend of mine. He lodged a complaint with the TIO and got the $20 back. It is not legal for them to not refund the $20.

    • The one month cancellation notification in advance fee is very standard, I’ve not had a discount isp not charge that. You have to make sure you tell them in advance.

  • +1

TPG. Customer service is nothing that exists from them. They redirected me, put me on hold and then cut the call. What a piece of crap.
Good luck to all the TPG users to never need to call them when they messed you up.

  • +1

TPG has a quite intermittent service, very often its pretty slow and I have to turn off my wifi and spend my 4G data. (ADSL2+)

I can’t believe Telstra is so far up on the list.

Used to work at Telstra retail store years ago and yes there are many stuff ups (who doesn’t have em) but they were always very reasonable and giving in their resolutions.

I’ve been with Optus and it’s an absolute joke. The date I signed my contract they incorrectly quoted me the wrong NBN speeds. They did not even bother trying to provide the upgraded speed service but were leading to a contract cancellation - prior to me even signing up! After the two years I couldn’t even change my plan because the online system wouldn’t allow me ! I was then continually charged the piece of crap fetch box I was provided that I never even turned on, and on top of that couldn’t stop the charge after it was sent back because they couldn’t track their own product !!

NBN speeds are a joke all the time, mostly less than 10mbps. They got me to take on a speed box connected to my router to understand speeds in the area and the credit they offered me to connect it never went onto my bill. I ring up and the consultants looked for any reason not to grant it, at the same time trying to work out what the speed box was!

  • +2

I’ve been with TPG for 5 years and have had a few issues. The customer service has been good when I call up, though. They’re usually very helpful and get it sorted.

The real farce is the internet infrastructure in this country. The NBN is an expensive joke. Kazakhstan has better average speeds than Australia. It’s nice.

  • Can't believe Telstra is getting so many votes… I feel like it's just because everyone loves to hate on Telstra.

They are literally the only NBN provider who provides unlimited quotas and DOESN'T OVERSELL THEIR CAPACITY!! So I can actually download at my full 100mps anytime of day or night (Inc 4-10pm every night) IMO telstra are one of the best providers.

    • Can't believe?
You don't know how surveys works ? higher votes due to more customer base.

      • +1

Yeah fair call, well basically I guess the poll is a complete waste of time and provides no valuable data what-so-ever, as it's not corrected for customer base.

MyRepublic is by the far the worst ISP I've encountered. I signed my parents up to MyRepublic in February last year. Modem was sent out within a week which was great. The connection was scheduled for install in about 2.5 weeks which was also fine as was on schedule. NBNCo tech came out to install, it didn't work. Tech said should be up and running within a couple of hours. Waited a day, still no Internet. Called MyRepublic (waited 30 mins in queue, on average it's been over 50 min call wait times!), told them it isn't working, they did something, told me to wait until next day to try again. Did that, nothing. Called back (another 30+ min call wait), told them still not working, they will log through to NBNCo to get it sorted. They advised should be fixed within a week, waited 1 week, still nothing, called back (maybe a 10min wait), they told me to keep waiting, they will escalate. Still nothing. Each week, I followed up with a phone call giving them ample time to sort out their stuff, and nothing. If you call on a weekend after hours, someone takes a message for a call back and you never get a call back! Never… Ever… I've left about 4-5 messages over several different times, never once a call back… Another time I call through, waited about 1 hr to get through, the call dropped off somehow, and I don't get a even get a call back! The next time I call in, I told the operator if it drops out, please call me back, and you know what, it happened again! And no call back… Complained to a manager, they give me their email address if I want to follow up direct with them which was great. You email them, you never hear back… wtf…

Fast forward 2.5 months of weekly follow ups, average 50+ min call waits (longest 1h 10+mins), an NBNCo tech rocks up at the door unannounced. Spends about 30 mins looking into issue, and they fixed it!!! So why couldn't the tech come back out within the first week of installing? My friend who went with Aussie Broadband, their Internet went down, within a couple of days the NBN tech was back out there to fix the issue. Not 2.5 months later! The problem lied with the original NBN tech not knowing what they were doing, however the ISP customer service was absolutely terrible in dealing with it! It's an Australian call centre, but I prefer an overseas call centre if I can call and someone that picks up my call immediately or within a few minutes, not 50+ min call wait times!

And you think the Internet is up and running and everything is finally working, well… Then there's the telephone porting issue! Porting phone number from Exetel to MyRepublic. They advised it was all up and running. The phone was still ringing on my old copper line. We got an HFC connection, so I kept ADSL running whilst waiting for NBN (Thankfully I didn't cancel ADSL initially). More long wait times in the queue to speak to a MyRepublic operator, and told them the problem, went through all the diagnosing etc, and they said should be working. Obviously still not. After escalating, speaking with numerous managers, no one could resolve the issue. Promised constant call backs, never one single call back. Absolutely terrible service! The number had seemed to finally port over to MyRepublic, but there was some routing issue. You can only call the number from certain phone carriers. My Telstra mobile calls fine. My TPG(Vodafone) or Optus mobile cannot call the landline. You can call out. No one there could resolve the problem. Another 2+ months battle with the ISP trying to get the landline transferred properly, I gave up. I kept the ADSL running for extra 2 months hoping they could port the number, so paid 2 ISP costs. I should have raised a TIO complaint, but I feel so drained dealing with their crap. I setup a new VoIP account (MNF) on there and had to give up my landline number. Oh and another thing, their modem somehow reset, and defaulted back to MyRepublic's number after a few weeks. So I had to reconfigure their modem again!!!

In the end, MyRepublic had one of the cheapest plans out there. You truly get what you pay for! Absolute terrible customer service (although the operators were nice on the phone and I was never nasty back, but failed promised call backs, poor troubleshooting skills, poor managers, average 50+ min call wait times), it truly is not worth it. I think I've spent over 15+ hours waiting on the phone, talking to someone to try to fix the issue, is time I will never get back…

    Don't go there!

    • Wow.. this is terrible!!! How shonky can they get! I am amazed at your patience!!.

Did you file a complaint with the TIO? Are you still with them?

      • +1

I didn't file a complaint. I probably should have early on. But I kept giving the ISP the benefit of the doubt that they could fix it without having to slap them with a TIO fine. If I did went to TIO, I would have probably got my original landline number working, but only after probably spending a few more hours going back and forth with them to resolve the issue I reckon. Easier and actually cheaper to get a new VoIP number through another provider! I was patient initially because I knew the underlying problem was NBNCo's issues, especially HFC. But after your ISP fails you in their customer service, that is the biggest let down. I am still currently with MyRepublic so I can at least get cheaper Internet for a while after going through so much hassle.

Dodo has been a meme since my Dota (wc3) days, and they are still as bad today

    • Care to elaborate. Why does dodo suck ?

      • WTF, do you have any tech knowledge?

Now, it doesn't impact me, I'm actually really happy with my service (low ping time, no congestion on CVC, constant 100mbps) but they do hide me behind a NAT. That can cause issues for anyone trying to do any complicated networking. Their international routing isn't great either.

I'm with iiNet (was with Netspace, then iiNet bought them so I automatically became part of iiNet). Been with them for 16 years.

They are excellent. Been a couple of slow downs in 16 years, but that's about it. 99.99% of the time the performance is great. I'm on ADSL2+ and by speed is fairly decent, 15Mb/sec down, 900Kb/sec up. Can't complain, can run full HD Netflix on 2x TV's without a problem and use the internet fine at the same time.

  • does it mean Australia Broadband is the best out there :)

    • Aussies broadband = probably yes.

Australia Broadband = not sure. One person above said it was a cheap imitation of aussie so may want to do your research first!

      • What ISP are you using? TPG has been a nightmare for me, raised the case with TIO and was awarded 2 months free internet but doesn't pay off the loss of time and headache.

        • I switched to aussie broadband after BuzzTelco nightmare. So far its been really good. Fingers crossed it stays that way.

  • +1

Telstra because calling their support line when something goes wrong is a very very very painful experience.

    It would be nice if:
    - the first phone options was - press 1 if you would like to speak to a person
    - you could speak to a real person in Australia within 10 mins
    - you don't have to re-explain the situation every time you call.
    - the situation can be resolved within 3 calls.

    Everything else is great.

Last ISP was iiNet, great support (more than 5 years ago)

    • +1

Ohh yes… That stupid menu system that for some reason, despite getting every detail this side of your blood type, still can't connect you to the right department.

  • +1

Surprised to see telstra. I have great experience using telstra.

  • TPG are a pain to deal with and demand you replace all your gear if it's over a few years old before trouble-shooting a line fault with you but you get there eventually and then they fight you for how much compensation you'll receive for the down-time which was ENTIRELY not your fault : )
(profanity) you guys (TPG), I am so proud of myself for obtaining a refund through a VISA dispute at the same time as you finally caving and processed the refund. Never again.
Old style company with hidden fees and charges when there are so many modern companies with honesty and transparency

  • +2

Telstra, simply because they held the country back years with the 1500 plans, wasn't untill other providers started with adsl2 that forced them to unlock adsl speeds.

  • +1

I don't get it, isn't Internode and Iinet opened by TPG though?

    • +1

Owned by TPG but still run independently for the most part. Different support centres, different focus and different processes

  • Telstra

    The Indian runaround.

ADSL2 service I'd had for years just died after a storm.

I rang up to report the fault, and after all of the usual palaver testing equipment and unplugging and replugging stuff they sent out a tech… two weeks later.

Old mate fixed it by mucking around with passwords and replacing a Telstra-supplied modem. "Yahoo!!", I thought.

2 days later the service had again cacked its dacks, so I called the number on the card he gave me "in case anything happens"… No answer. Left a message. No return call. Did that three times over the next week before calling main Telstra number again. So of course I had to tell the whole story to some bloke in Delhi, and of course, he wants me to run all of these tests again… Which I did, though this time under protest. He agrees that there's a fault but then wants to talk to someone else about it. Puts me on hold for half an hour before hanging up on me.

Won't bore you all with many more similar details in the procession of record-breaking idiocy and obstinacy that followed, but here are some key points.

    • Over the course of the two months it took to get re-connected (eventually to wireless NBN) I spoke to no less than thirty different Telstra employees.

    • It was only after I lodged a formal complaint (via an online form on the Telstra website), AND a complaint with the TIO that they booked a connection.

    • During this time they sent me, and insisted I pay for two monthly bills… In full!!! Saying they would reimburse me when it was "all fixed". These bills
also contained erroneous extra charges, including for a luxury new plan that I couldn't even use.

    • After finally… reluctantly… agreeing to reimburse a considerable sum of money, it took another three calls to Telstra to get the full amount reimbursed
to my account. They couldn't explain why.

    • At least six times they hung up on me and didn't attempt to call back.

    • I spent (conservatively estimating) a cumulative time of more than 20hrs on the phone trying to resolve the issue.

Words can't adequately describe the level of animosity I feel toward Telstra and many of it's highly recalcitrant employees.

  • Where's MyNetFone ? Must have been on par with TPG in the ladder.

I also used Belong ADSL. Crappy customer service and Internet speeds 24/7.

  • LOL!!!

I can't believe there are so many people who can't believe Telstra is so rubbish.

  • I am more interested which is the best isp I should go for in terms of FttN service..

Been with iiNet and Telstra, Telstra is a little better than iiNet but the speed is very slow and unstable when peak hours (7pm~11pm)

The NBN is business school fodder for how not to implement vital infrastructure.

The technology behind the NBN is fine (not the best admittedly, but acceptable for a country like Australia with long distances and low population density). The problem in the business model of the NBN - and for that we have to thank Kevin Rudd and his government. His NBN model was a thought bubble that was not properly thought out. The LNP inherited a shit sandwich - which is not to say that they also haven't made mistakes.

    • +1

And the government for how not to run a country!

      • Yep

K Rudd was elected for change for change's sake - and the mess we are into is directly related to that election

As sure as night follows day, socialism breaks everything that it touches

  • +1

Telstra, was stuck with them because there was no other ISP available in the area (Telstra equipment only so had to go through Telstra resellers). They were all expensive AF and the speed was terrible and I was only 200-300m from the node/distribution point for ADSL2+, like < 5MBps.

When you call their CS, they were also not very helpful as they were never sure what they were doing from my prespective.

  • +2

Telstra, because they pretend to be the best and talk themselves up the most and take the most advantage of the clueless.
They arent the worst performing or worst support, but its their gap between advertised greatness and reality and their high pricing which makes them nasty.

  • +2

The results of the poll will be skewed towards the isp with the most customers.

    • +2

according to some news article I've read last week, the top 3 in the poll has like 80% of the market between them, so I guess they will also get the highest number of complaints.

      • That would be market share including sub-companies. Top 4 in order are (and this includes mobile service);

        Telstra
        Optus
        TPG
        Vocus

  • I'm due to get FTTN (the node is 30-40m from my house so will get a good connection) in March. Currently with iinet for ADSL and they've been good for the 12 years I've been with them - only minor complaints. They've been all over me to sign up for their NBN though, but I'm hesitant. From what I've been reading, they are not the best at NBN. I'm more inclined to Aussie Broadband or Mate Communicate at the moment.

    Any recommendations?

Been with TPG over 15 years. Newer had a problem they couldn't fix. Saved a small fortune compared to say Telstra. Currently loving their NBN 50 plan especially the fantastic upload @ 20x my previous speed.

  • Telstra - for offering NBN broadband at the same price as my current cable broadband, but at a third of the speed! That's progress for you!

Iinet was fine until tpg bought them out. They still haven't fixed my issue of incorrectly giving me a suspended account message which means I can't get through to 24/7 support… Ever!!

I haven't read the comments so it may have been said, but people are probably just voting for their own ISP or their previous one.
I can't exactly vote for 'Mungi' for example, because I've never heard of them. For all I know, they're the shonkiest ISP out there!

    • i've only seen good things about Mungi, they have a near perfect rating on Product Review (better than AussieBroadband)

This is not a good poll, most people are with TPG or Telstra so for example a relatively small percentage of the customers 2% are experiencing poor service that would equate to a large number of people when comparing to a smaller ISP.

You need to know the customer base divided by the number of complaints.

    Is TPG that bad?
I have been using it coming to 4 years now.
    It's fine for me.

I think they're probably shit for nbn.
I'm with them for ADSL2 and they're fine.

From people review/feedback it seem like only FTTN is having the most problems. Which i think all ISP have them.

FTTP is fine, they tried to cheap out on CVC on me, but a few call and recorded data seem to fix it. No problem since (almost 9 month now) with around 2TB total data each month. Mostly from computer/NAS backups.

      • Not when its their own fibire… and you're in the city

Friend is getting constant 100mbps for $60 a month, FTTB

Not trying to defend ISP's here, but a lot of people are technically inept and have no idea how to diagnose problems with their connection. Not saying they should know, but there could literally be a million reasons why they are having issues. Often it's a problem on the users end.

Perfect example on page 1 here, he blamed TPG for his WiFi speed lol…. While I'm sure the router isn't the greatest they give you, many don't even understand how wifi works and think they can sit at the other end of the house and run speed tests. (running speed tests on wifi & trying to assess performance is laughable anyway).

Regardless FTTN blows. Direct your anger at turdbull and the libs for their fraudband, not the ISP's. Thank god I live in an apartment building that offers TPG fiber so i can avoid the NBN mess.

I work in desktop support and even if I will often jump to blame the ISP too soon because I'm too lazy to do all the necessary troubleshooting and just assume it's most probably their issue.

Is it really that useful to ask for individual opinions? We only have experience with our own ISP or two if you've recently moved. It makes sense that TPG tops the list because they're the budget ISP with the most customers. Grass is always greener.

  • Naturally the ISPs with more customers will receive more complaints, but at the end of the day we still use them.

    • Yeah but what good is your evaluation of their service as an individual who has not experienced the service levels of the other ISPs?

    Its very difficult/circumstantial

Issues is generally location and how well… umm badly maintained by Telstra it is - copper wise.

Generally the ISP are all the same,

    ie

TPG in Sydney city their own FTB is friggin awesome, mate get the full 100mbs, for $60 a month

Im with iinet adsl, had serious issues for years, obviously Telstra after investgations

In my opinion the big companies like Telstra and Optus are the worst - because they're trying to exploit people who have no idea.

When NBN was introduced in my area (12 months ago), I helped create information resources for the general public. At the time I was dismayed to find that the Telstra and Optus 24 month contract plans had a special clause saying that you restart your contract if you change your plan.

I've looked at the current critical information summary documents from both companies today (for some arbitrary NBN contract plans), and Telstra is now ok - though Optus still sucks.

    Telstra:

    https://www.telstra.com.au/content/dam/tcom/personal/help/pd…

    Changing your Bundle

You can change to another Home Internet Bundle once a month
during your minimum term without recontracting or paying early
termination charges (ETCs) except where adding or removing Foxtel
    from Telstra.

    Optus:

    http://smb.optus.com.au/opfiles/Shop/All/cis/Cis%20Documents…

    Plan changes

You can change your plan during your contract term to a plan
of equal or higher value. If you change to a plan of lower value an
Early Recontract Fee of $80 applies and new 24 month contract
will start. Contact Customer Service if you would like further
    information.

Not only are you paying for the privilege of changing plans (to a lower value plan), you also have to start a new 24 month contract. That's terrible.

Remember the big print giveth, and the small print taketh away.

  • I'd like to share my most experience with TPG, because it is pretty much shameful.
Here is the letter they sent me. https://imgur.com/6S5nqLL

    • Why did you blur your internet usage? Also maybe a speed test result would be more useful. Also their response seems pretty generous.

      • Lol
