  • A bit hard to navigate around CBD due to ongoing tram works…

  • Is this and Wilson carpark or just the 2 listed?

    • I couldn't find any information on their website but it might be a good idea to park in a covered area with this heatwave though. I can probably just select another car park and check if the promo code works anyway.

  • who pays for parking in Adelaide?

  • +1

Or you know, you could just ride to the event.

  • Anyone know any good free or cheap places to park overnight on a Saturday night around Victoria Square?
Probably arriving 3 - 4pm & heading off the next morning around 10am?

    Also Friday night similar times.

    Cheers.

    • Pretty much all the on street parking to the east of King William is free after midday on Saturday. For the Friday you can find 2 hour spots to get you to the cut off time of 6pm on Carrington St on the east side of Pultney St. and on Hurtle Square (again on the east side of Pultney). I'm pretty sure both of those are unlimited parking on the Saturday as well. Both sots are just short of a 10 minute walk to Vic Square. Cheers

      • That's great!!!
Looking at Google maps I notice Carrington (on the east side of Pultney St) doesn't need a ticket either (whereas a couple of streets around here have the same time limits but you need to buy a ticket).
Do you know of any other streets (other than Carrington) that don't need a ticket?
        Cheers,
        Gary.

        • Sorry, only just logged back onto the page and saw you question. A good portion of Carrington to the West of Pultney is also non-ticket (up to about the Rob Roy hotel i think) nad most of the side streets off there as well. Certainly most of the streets south of Carrington are non-ticket, but not sure of any further north. But if you're getting there after 6 pretty much everywhere will be free.

        • @never waz:
Great - thanks for your help.
