Yes, I think it would be a good idea to switch on/off the sonic vibrations of the brush head via an app on a smartphone via Bluetooth/WiFi/zigbee instead of the painful task of pressing the button on the toothbrush.
Unfortunately though, this does not require the hub and it doesn’t have Bluetooth/WiFi/zigbee.. really dumb brush head
It's sad that technology hasn't reached this level yet. What we really need is a toothbrush head that detects how dirty our teeth are and then reports that to a server in China before telling the toothbrush how long to brush our teeth for.

The only minor downside would be the 2 seconds or more delay in getting the brush head to vibrate. Just the toothbrush equivalent of a YouTube buffer after all.
