Two deals tonight on USB Type-C to USB Type-C cable packs. First up is a 2 pack of 1.8m cables in black and white. The second is 3 braided cables in 0.3m, 1m and 1.8m in the colour black.

These are suitable for fast charging and file transfer. I personally recommend the braided PowerLink cables as they're more durable than standard cables.

3 Pack temporarily expired. Will request more stock to be allocated.

AU$ based on current exchange rate at time of posting. Both products are instock with free shipping included on all orders.

Thanks Clear. Was looking for some quality ones of these. But any USB 3.1 transfer rate ones? These are only rated at USB 2.0

    • +1

I'll see if I can dig up a deal on those.

      • +2

That would be great.. looking for some good quality 3.1 cables or even hub to connect to Samsung T5 SSD drive.. want cables for home, work, car. Etc so I don't need to carry cables around..

    • Pretty sure you can't get the USB 3 speed cables in over 1m length as it's outside the spec

  • OP, I went to order this and found I have two previous orders not received yet. One is from 10/25/2017, the other is 12/29/2017. Could you please check for me? thanks!

    • PM me your order numbers and I'll have them looked at.

      • It keeps telling me this "Unable to send messags: Overseas user". I've even logged out of my VPN…

    In B4 Benson approved

    • +2

What people don't realise is Benson doesn't go around reviewing cables and chargers anymore. The short version is that his employer, Google did not like him doing it.

      • +2

Was hoping you were going to say "because every cable now made is compliant"!

        • Haha. That's also true!

      • yes, but unfortunately it does not stop some people from neg-ing posts or comment's and implying if it's not 'Benson Approved' it's going to destroy your device.

He is just some guy who tested some cables and was written up on some tech blogs cos he worked for google.

      • What's his blog website?

    • Is this Benson approved?

      • Any deal on this Clear? Thanks

        • Sorry no luck as stock is very low.

  • Hi Clear, can you do a deal on this

    https://m.banggood.com/BlitzWolf-40W-Smart-5-Port-High-Speed…

    Shipping kills it

    • no AU plug :(

      • just use an aussie figure 8 plug.

    • If it was Tronsmart, then yes.

  • Can these cables charge at any pd rate?

    • +1

Yes, but to be certain I've put the question to Tronsmart.

Edit: Tronsmart have confirmed that these will work with USB-PD.

      • Thanks but just to be clear… At any wattage?

        • 60W (Max)

  • Thanks OP

  • "Latest USB 2.0 Type C standard
HI-Speed USB 2.0 with transfer rate up to 480 Mbps"

Just WOW! Which year are we in?

Dont get me wrong, nice deal though. Not the best if you are after data syncing.

      • Hi Clear, could you please confirm if they are suitable for Google Pixel 2 fast charge? Many thanks.

        • -1

Since the Pixel 2 is using USB-PD for fast charging you're better off using a USB-C to USB-C cable with a USB-PD charger.

        • @Clear:
thanks Clear, any USB-PD on special?

      • Hey Clear, would this be suitable for quick charging an LG G6? Thanks.

  • Any deal on micro usb braided tronsmart cables?

    • No braided ones yet sorry.

  • do these last more than 2 insertions?

The last Tronsmart cables I bought literally would fail after a couple of insertions.

    • These aren't like the micro USB cables. Obviously I'm biased against Tronsmart, but my braided cables have lasted months without issue.

    • do these last more than 2 insertions?

You still talking about the cables?

(But seriously, I haven't had good experiences with the Tronsmart micro USB cables. Might stick with the braided Blitzwolf ones instead.)

  • Thanks OP, ordered a set for the new phone.

What's the general processing time? Is there any way to speed it up?

  • OP, any deal on mi band 2 international version?

  • This coupon code has ultimately reached the limitation usage times.

That's one way of saying it. (for the 3 pack, btw)

  • Ordered a 2Pac ;)

The 3 Pack code has reached it's limit :(

  • Typc c to type c? What's the typical application for this?

    • For use with other USB-C devices and chargers. Particularly useful if you have a USB-PD charger as it'll charge significantly faster than USB-A and good if you have a Macbook or similar.

  • Booyeah! Been waiting for some USB-C cables and this deal can purchase more than 1 kit per code! 3 packs done - that should last the Mrs a month before she breaks them all.

  • Almost bought the 3 pack and just realised that they were C to C.
OP would you be able to do a deal on these? https://www.geekbuying.com/item/Tronsmart-CPP7-PowerLink-USB…

    • I'll see if I can do that one for you tonight.
