Free Regular Coffee need with fuel lock, Coffee Melt and Iced Coffee this 7-11 app cycle.

Not as a real treat as last week with free coffees, free fruit juice, free soft drink and free slurpees over 32oC

But guess the other drinks might pop up time to time from the app later!

Enjoy!

Free regular coffee need to use fuel lock probably once. my experience is done once and it has pop up the last three cycles! cheap fuel lock at 118.7 now!

Remember to take screenshots of the "rare" vouchers if they pop up as they might disappear into thin air at a later date.
And yes I have personally confirmed that screenshots of disappeared vouchers still work according to their original expiry dates.

my coke disappeared that way. well i do not really drink it.

My juice disappeared that way, right as I was going to pay/redeem!!

I thought I was going insane when the blue heaven milkshake disappeared. Thought I had imagined it. Good to know it's a regular occurrence.

  • For those with Windows phones, Nox was the only Android emulator that worked for me. I then email the screenshots to my phone.

    • +1

Yeah I have Nox on my Windows PC, works quite well :)
Its my very nooby way of dual booting lol 😂

I can't find the free regular coffee?? Only the iced and the melt :/

I think if you lock in petrol they sometimes reward you with a regular coffee.

      • +4

Well then that's not a free coffee on the app. That's a targeted offer if you lock in petrol.

        • +5

I suppose. Keep in mind you don't actually need to use the fuel voucher - just lock it in.

        • @Nuggets: Locking in fuel does require money on your 7-11 account — and that's only worthwhile if you are actively using/abusing fuel-lock :).

        • I wouldn't say it's targeted as anyone can lock in petrol and get the coffee voucher however it's not exactly free at the same time considering you're required to add credit to your 7-Eleven account.

        • @phew:

I think if you lock in petrol they sometimes reward you with a regular coffee.

I think that qualifies as it being targeted and not exactly free either.

        • @pennypincher98: Yeh you're right but it does actually appear for everyone who locks in fuel, not just some of the time or for some people

        • @phew: Fair enough, OP wasn't entirely clear about it.

      • How does everyone lock in prices? Do many ppl use fake GPS apps to lock cheaper western Sydney prices and use them at pricier suburbs?

        • Great idea to fake the GPS. Can anyone recommend a fake GPS app?

        • @BellaWii: The updated app can tell if you are faking the location supposedly.

    Can't see free regular coffee?

  • How does this work? Do I need to buy fuel before I can redeem a free coffee?

    • +3

You just need to lock in fuel for it to appear however that includes adding credit to your account to cover the amount locked in which is a minimum of 10 litres. You don't actually have to use the fuel voucher though, you can let it lapse and use the credit in your account to pay for items in store. Sorry that's just for the regular coffee, you don't need to do anything to get the ice coffee or coffee melt.

    • Just show them the barcode on each deal and its free. No need to purchases fuel or anything else.

Use old version of app 1.04 from apkpure

      • It forces you to update to use it.

        • +1

Download fdroid (open source app store) and when it prompts to update pick fdroid instead of the play store. Should work like a charm

        • Do I have to do anything special? It gives me "app not installed" message when I pick fdroid. Even if I pick normal App Store, I can bounce back to the 7-11 App but it doesn't let me proceed.

        • +1

          @RedSky:

I set default app to fdroid after the update prompt.

The prompt goes away after I hit open appstore because the fdroid message is just a pop up in the bottom and doesn't leave the 7 eleven app.if it doesn't go away try hitting he open appstore button repeatedly

        • Interesting, when I set it as default it works, didn't think that would make a difference.

          Thanks!

  • Some (profanity) say one day they let you swap meet with iced coffee but the next they say no.

Iam on version 1.4.1 for 7/11 app and can fake location.

  • While 7 regular eleven coffee is great and I have it every day, I wouldn't drink their coffee melt or iced coffee even if they pay me $1.

    • +3

What's wrong with the iced coffee?

If you don't like the coffee melt; get the coffee separately in a cup and give the ice cream to someone else.

      • Exactly. It's just the same coffee but with ice.

  • is it possible to remove an old price lock, without filling up?

    • I believe you have to wait the 7 days for the lock to expire.

  • Idk why but iced coffee is not available in the app at my local 7-eleven, but available at other ones.

  • have success fuel lock last december at location not near me with mock location. got regular coffee immediately.

can confirm regular coffee taste better than ice coffee and than to coffee melt!

    • Agree. Need to add sugar to give it a flavour boost.

  • Did anyone try the free juice? I went in there with my barcode, took one look at the range, turned the same colour as the juice and left it on the shelf.

    • +1

Yes. Weird hippie flavours. Activated charcoal? Wtf I don't even know what that is. Because it's free, I thought what the heck. Wouldn't get it again

  • Coffee Melt and Iced Coffee have been free since at least last 3 offer cycles. Looks like customers who do not have the app and are buying these two items are making it affordable for the app users.

  • Don't forget to bring a reusable cup such as a travel mug (can be had by the discerning Ozbargainer from the op shop for a dollar). Second best approach is to keep the takeaway cup until March when takeaway cup recycling facilities from Simply Cups are slated to roll out into 7 Eleven stores.

Needs to be a hot chocolate offering for people who realise how pointless caffeine is.
