Excellent prices but don't these dry up eventually? Have they a use-by date please?

    • It has two seals, a plastic cover and a metal peel-back seal. Quite sturdy and no dry up issue yet. As for the expiry date, not sure about Kogan's one but the pack I bought from Coles expires on 19/04/2019. :)

      • Thank you. It seems Kogan have their reasons.

  • Pine O clean has been sold out

  • Delivery kills it. $16 to ACT :(.

Yeah I know Shipster free for over $25, but if you don't want anything else it's not great value when delivery costs more than actual product.

My house buys a lot of disinfectant wipes. Pro-tip: Woolworth's Strike brand is always dry, but Coles Ultra brand are super wet and are only $4.
This Kogan deal seems too good to miss though.

I'll check out Coles Ultra sometime.

    • I agree with the review.

  • Dang my shipster trial period expired

  • We have found the Coles ones to be the best. The dettol ones are crap, the wipe is smaller than Coles and dries up fast.

    • That's good to know. Normally one has higher expectations for a Dettol product.

    • I cant speak to Coles, but Dettol is better than pine o clean, ajax and strike. Ive bought at least 2 packs of all of late…

  • These are better than baby wipes?

    • The packet advises that you wash your hands after using. They aren't really suitable for cleaning skin because they tend to dry out your skin and leave a residue. They're more for cleaning tables or other hard surfaces.

      • No, I meant baby wipes used for cleaning instead of these.

6 x 45 pack of Dettol is also half price at $7.50 for those that want smaller packs.

Between the waste and the anti-bacterial super bugs we are culturing using these, they should be banned. Vinegar and a cleaning cloth will do a better job and is just as easy.

I certainly know that when out and about I carry a home brand 2 litre bottle of vinegar and an old t-shirt to wipe down the Maccas table. On a serious note, I find them quite good for travelling for a quick wipe down of hands before you eat anything.

      • So clean, I've found being so clean has the uninteded effect of being less resilient to the commen germ if one is routinely wiping down a maccas table or hands before eating.

I've not seen a GP in5 years and I never wash hands before eating

        • I am happy for you, although your data set is quite small.

I'm not saying you suffer from this but it was something new that I learnt today, for free. OzBargain, yes!

You have bigger issues than germs if you are wiping down maccas tables… let alone that you are going to maccas in the first place

        • Very true.
