          Still waiting here.. no response to follow up messages. The guy told me a month ago that the refund would come through in 5 days, it has been weeks since then! Also, the knives haven't come back in stock. All round terrible experience, big thumbs down for House. I won't be ordering from them again.

        Finally heard back from them and my order has been cancelled/refunded. They said there have been some issues with orders/management and some of the knives went missing etc. They did say they will get some more in eventually at the same price though, so I will just wait until then I guess.
