  • Lol I was wondering how long it took before someone posted it..
Note - you can put 0.01 USD in =]
I've got like 10 spare licenses, not much different to normal batterybar (not pro)

I'm not sure why someone would need to buy this. I've yet to see a laptop without the battery bar in the start bar. Mind you, my experiences are with WinXP and WinVista. I've not got my hands on a Win7 laptop yet - is it missing from that OS?

    • No.

  • Thanks, trying it out for 1c lol

  • It is a good program. Worth at least paying a few dollar for.

Main benefit is it will tell you how much time it will be until full charged, how much degradation your battery has suffered over time, and is customisable for what it shows.

    • It does that in the free version as well.
Degradation [Battery wear] is a little inaccurate, most new laptops' bios automatically stops charging once it detects the battery is over 97% full and hence redirects power to prevent overcharging. BatteryBar Pro hence thinks that since the laptop doesn't charge the battery to 100%, there must be some battery wear (My laptop is 2 weeks old now).
My "battery wear" jumps up and down from 1.5% to 0.8%.
New battery with battery wear after 1 charge? Bs..
If your battery has degraded over 3% then perhaps batterybar pro can detect it for you.
Also, "transferring your license" does jack all, one license is enough for a lot of computers. I'm using 1 license on 2 laptops, even if I have 10 spare.

      • Edit: Periodically (weekly?) Battery Bar will check if your license is valid or not so scoop up some 2c licenses while you can!

  • 1c to support the software industry is not bad.

Its alright if they take Pp or direct deposit, i wouldnt trust them if they want my cc details tho ;)

    Gd luck

  • nice piece of software. I'll give it my 2 cents =)

  • got mine for 0.01c.. but then they charge 0.02c aud.. so might as well buy a whole heap and get better value ><
