      A note with the price beat, it must be a like for like cart.       By the way here is a worked example using round numbers (all in AUD):
      
      Our store is $100 in total (including shipping)
      Other store is $90 in total (including shipping)
      
      Difference is $10
      
      We beat by 10% of the difference, so 10% of $10 = $1.
      
      Therefore your price through our website will be $89 inclusive of shipping for an identical shopping cart.
      
      Plus with 5% back in Z Points (since the order is under $200), your account is credited with $4.45 once your order is shipped.
      
      Final result is essentially $84.55 factoring in the Z Points.
      
      You can do this completely online through your cart. We will price beat all other legitimate marketplaces and businesses. Just don't go making up a fake website with fake prices (yes, we actually had someone attempt to do this lol!)

    beware of their price beat policy. I tried to match ebay 20% off code where competitor was offering ON 4.5 plus protein bars (BB date was 03/18) and free shaker and they declined. I need only ON whey, Protein bar was optional for me anyhow so I tried to match price but was burnt and missed the ebay deal as well. Lucky for me, I got another ebay promotion and I eneded up ordering $500 worth of ON whey and free shakers, creatine and bars from ebay.

      Thanks for the feedback on this one. I think if you're just adding in an ON Whey 4.5kg and aiming to beat a deal on ebay with this PLUS free bars, then that's reasonable. Of course if we had the free bars also shortdated, then we can match it exactly. But if we don't have them shortdated, then we can't replace shortdated with longdated. We more or less have the "identical cart" policy in place so we can do a like for like order, else it's very easy to take advantage of the deal.
      
      But perhaps we can look at being a bit more flexible in situations like this since we certainly don't want experiences like this happening when this could be avoided.

      Thanks for looking in to it. Not related to this one but I want to point out another issue. Back in November last year I ordered On Whey. After using first few times I suspected quality issue and had doubts about it. As I changed from extreme milk to double rich chocolate or other way around I thought it is just due to change in flavour and I didn’t consider any further. After couple of days I found my previous stock in small jar and used it. At that time, I realised it is not due to change in flavour but it could be counterfeit product or something must be wrong as it tested weird. I raised with CS and they said they could have replaced it but as I used more than that they can’t help me. I have been buying from you guys on regular basis so didn’t suspect product issue initially as I never experienced it before.
      
      I ended up throwing it in bin. I’ll PM you order number.

I can guarantee that we have never sold any counterfeit product as we source all product direct from our supplier. We're a well established company and the risks associated with such activities far (far) outweigh any reward. Just consider the possible ramifications in relation to supplier relationships, product liability, intellectual property infringement, tarnishing our own reputation etc.
      
      If customer service haven't already done so, we can provide the contact details of Glanbia Australia who are both the manufacturers and the distributors of the ON product line. If there is ever any question on the integrity of the product, all you need to do is contact them with the product batch number and they will be able to verify that they have supplied the product to us.
      
      There is always the possibility of a quality control issue at the manufacturing level.

I applied price guarantee online which was approved. They issued me tax invoice and then later cancelled my order stating that they will not match price and I need to pay full price.

They didn't even mention about this 20% off sale which demonstrates their misleading practice. Stay away from this dodgy business.

      Yeah I'm sorry to hear. If you did have the number still available though I'd love to dig into this to see what happened. I decided to launch the price beat as a service so we could always guarantee the best value. And the objective of this was to make it as easy and seamless as possible by submitting it through the shopping cart (not having to call up and stuff around).
      
      While the majority of price beats go through without an issue, there are some that stick out (like yours) and I would love to figure out how to avoid this altogether. Whether it was a stuff up on our end (in which case I'd like to fix things for you one way or another), a lack of transparency/clarity around how the price beat operates, delayed responses etc.
