    I bought into this too, and yes my credit card was charged but still have not received the movie tickets, this is ridiculous has anyone contacted them I might just send an email then a phone call if I dont get a response

        emailed them and was told that my tickets were shipped 24.12.10.
        i apparently should expect them within the next few days.

    Still haven't got mine yet, although I did put in my work address, and my office was shut over the Christmas period. Hopefully get them soon!

    I just rang MasterCard® applause™.(02) 9352 3991 and was told my tix were sent out on the 23rd December and to wait 10 working days before reporting non arrival ie 10th January

      Yeah, I did the same.. they told me the ticket validation period should start from the time they were posted, apparently for me December 30th.. I was asked to wait till Monday - 10/01, and if still hasn't been sent, they will probably re-post the tickets.. hopefully get 2 sets of tickets!!! :D

    Just got my tickets in the mail. The letter it comes with is dated 23/12/10.. Took its time, considering im only a 40min drive from Balmain (where the tickets were distributed from)
