  Perhaps the brandname should be Flyhevi since the case itself takes up 37% or over a third of your typical allowance. Any thoughts on this you lot?

  This is why i hand carry a backpack. Weighs barely half a kilo so you can really load up. I have gotten away with as much as 12kg in said backpack as most of the time they dont weight it.

  For a carry on luggage, you don't require that much protection since they won't get squished like checked baggages.
