I know alot of of ozbargainers have purchased this phone recently (myself included) and am looking for a good case.
Negging because of significant seller issues and no clear deal: they are exceptionally misleading about their location, and the timeliness of orders. They also seem to be deliberately distorting their reviews online to hide pages and pages or negative feedback.
While their website lists a NSW phone number, an Australian domain name, and the claim their parcels are "delivered by Australia Post", they're a UK outfit and their items are sent from Europe.
There is a minimal disclosure 'below the fold' of the shipping info that wouldn't pass muster if they were subject to Australian Consumer Law (and I suspect are in breach of the equivalent in the UK) and my experience of the shipping is that it takes significantly longer than advertised. Customer service is sorely lacking too.
Save your money and buy from China (same time frames, but cheaper) or another seller with more open and transparent policy on their delivery options. If it is urgent, you'd be better off buying locally.
