      I think it means the remote only starts/stops it and you need to put your hand under it to make it go up.
      Like a helicopter game of keepy-uppy.

      Sounds like a great way to lose an eye to me.

        That's correct. I have the flying fairy version from another deal. It's not bad for the price. It crashes violently and quickly broke some wing pieces off but still works. With a bit of practice you can aim it using your hand.
