TAs deal so worth a try.For $2 sound quality—Dont ask

    • +26

Got it from the last deal and its ended up in the bin after 1 use. Really crap set of earphones. Do not order, save the $2.87 for one of TA’s other bargains.

      • +1

I agree, I ordered from last deal too and they are rubbish.

        • +1

Can concur they are total crap don't waste your money.

      • Pretty sure these are the same ones I bought last time it was on here. Its completely serviceable for usage with audio books. Would not suggest it for music though at all

I see tight arse I immediately pull my wallet out.

      • Edit: nvm

      • +1

        Pull it out from where?
        Where is tightarse storing it?
        I'm scared.

what? professional on Chinese holiday dates?

  • +1

Thanks, ordered one. Was on my to buy list, you read my mind :)

  • +2

How is the quality? At least the same as Xiaomi Piston?

    • +18

Pretty crappy. One of the earbuds split after a few times of use for me. Don't waste your money.

    • +6

Sound is rubbish and it doesn't sit well on your neck because of the controls. Because the control is only on one side of the headset it makes it imbalanced.

      • Yep I found this too. Quite annoying, particularly since they look quite goofy/stupid just dangling in front of you.

    • +3

I took mine for a run the other day and it died after 20 minutes. I guess it's not sweat-proof enough…

    • $2 vs $12-15. Def not comparable lol

  • Dumb question but will these work on a Iphone? Or iPad

    • Should work - it's standard bluetooth.

    • +1

they work badly with iPhone. Turning on and off would trigger siri randomly from my experience.

  • +6

Thanks can't go wrong for $2 I'm sure the sound quality is first class

I bought a pair the last time they were on OzBargain. The build quality is shoddy and the sound was terrible. Watching a video with it on my Pixel, and there was significant lag — more than I've ever found with a Bluetooth headset. Also it sometimes crackles, requiring you to turn them off, then on.

I've ended up just sticking with my wired pair.

  • +2

Mine are ok,but I seem to have some intermittent problems with both iPad and my android phone.
I was surprised at what you get for a few bucks, but ultimately too many niggling issues so I wouldn't bother.

  • will give one a try. I don't expect much for this price. Earbuds aren't even the type that reduces noise. But there's not much to lose.

    Any positive reviews? :)

They are a fantastic shade of black.
Come with a handy very short usb to micro usb cable.
Have both "L" and "R" print on each so you know which ear to put them in.
Instructions are printed in the paper friendly font of 3 something (too small cannot read it)

    • serviceable for audio books, just barely.

  • +12

I wonder if in order to save time I should get them shipped directly to the dump?

    • Lol, dropship.

      • +1

        Dumpship

  • Thanks TA. Been looking to try these. Grabbed some

  • +1

I had one of these, poor quality rubbish. Not worth $1

  • Thanks TA. Stupid new iPhones. Hope these will do for my travel bag/on the plane

  • Agree with everyone. These might be cheap but not worth it.

  • Nice price thanks TA.
For those looking for a bit better quality but pricier try the syallable earbuds. I have an earlier version cost about $30 from Aliexpress. Not great for music but good for podcasts, talkback etc.

$35.42 at the moment plus 4% cashrewards.

  • Use these for PUBG. Great 5.1 surround sound, my KD ratio has increased by about 33% since using these

    • Ordered two. Me 66% KD increase should now prepare me for fighting against you.

I have one like this. I attach the clip (that comes with it) to my collar and used blutack so the clip does not move about on the cable. It last ~4 hours. Works and sounds great for my audiobooks which are not audiophile content so suits my purposes and awesome price. Getting another one.

I ordered one before from Zapals, it's quite good for me. The sound is not that bad, the BT connection is quick, the battery life is decent, at least 45 mins after fully charged. I mainly used it at Gym, no wire is quite convenient.

I have used around 30 times, still good. I will order a white one. I had ordered a white one from Zapals, but I gave out as Xmas present :-)

I certainly think it's worth $2, but may be the quality control is not that good, so YMMV.

  • +1

i use it for audiobooks/podcasts. Anything else dont bother.

If you are umming and ahhing about purchasing, as soon as they connect a thick Chinglish accented lady says authoritatively "POWER ON".

    Your Welcome

  • Just recently tried a bluetooth adaptor for my Shure 535 earphones…and the drop in audio quality is so noticeable when playing an uncompressed audio format. Thank god Samsung and LG etc still have the headphone socket.

    • Either it was a crap Bluetooth adapter or one of the devices is running an older version of Bluetooth, because a good recent version of Bluetooth should be very good.

      • Supposed to be 4.1. But there is no way of checking short of probably cracking the case open and checking the chip. Definitely an audible difference playing FLAC files.

        • Of course even if it is a 4.1 chipset it might have a rubbish DAC, amplifier, power supply (I assume it has some form of regulator or battery protection) and/or board layout.

  • I got these last deal and I hate them. The hub is basically all supported on one side and is very heavy. Most of your use time will be putting them back in if you're moving around. Useless unless you're laying down.

Home page is dedicated to plus size girls. Rock on!

    • +1

So many plus sized girls.. made me feel uncomfortable, then I stopped thought about how messed up it is that I feel uncomfortable. You made me feel things :(

  • +1

Barely good enough for podcasts… I snipped and soldered the drivers from a broken pair of wired IEMs onto this and they sound decent though, apart from a small hiss.

  • Ordered to trial it. trusting TA post, nothing could go wrong :):)

  • Just received. Can't connect to them from Samsung S8 nor Oppo r7!
