Sounds a bit fake to me.

If true, will buy $30k worth of liquor and smokes immediately.

Great, now I am stuck with a pallet of grog and smokes. Should have read the $200 limit!

        (jokes)

What does "Have tested it for a pickup tonight and it works." mean? Is there a limit to the size of the purchase? Did you see a 50% discount clearly applied during checkout? Is it just for one city or area?

    • I have no idea. I literally heard it on TV and tried it online. Added a screenshot to the post. Worked for me in Sydney picking up from one of those lockers in Strathfield. Can't find this online to find the terms and conditions boys. :(

Everyone will be at the click and collect zone in trucks and trailers.

  • +1

    Hmmm…
Maybe describe it a bit more OP? I'm sure it's a great deal if that's right.

  • I just tried and min spend is 80 dollars for click & collect, also I never saw the discount applied but never got past entering my credit card as I don't typically spend that much per grocery run.. might wait for others to report back on if it works or not

    Hmmmm how to qualify

I think the max discount could be $100. I did a quick test basket of $328 and it reduced to $228. So I think 50% with a $100 limit perhaps.

  • +4

I saw this also. Limited to the first 300 users they said.

  • +1

    It works.

  • Yeah it worked, just got some dishwashing tablets for half price. Good for those that never goes on sale

Not working for me and i had over $150 in cart

      IGA is worst..

      • +2

Might vary from store to store, but I've found my local IGA (West Footscray) is usually on-par with prices as the local Coles

        • Or maybe the local coles is on par with the iga

Been to Sims on barkly street?

        • @Danstar: that's the one!

        • @dane45: Biggest rip off if I've ever seen. Rorting pensioners because who ever makes the prices knows majority of them can't go anywhere else.

    • example?

    Hi Karl!

  • Cheers OP, got this phone as a backup - not bad for $30! Also grabbed one of those Optus modems for $9.50 :))
Also grabbed a label maker for $13.50 as an afterthought :P

  • Not valid for me…

  • Didn't work for me either, $178 in my cart.

  • doesn't work, "Please enter a valid promo code"

  • doesnt for me too…too late??

  • Invalid promo code for me

  • yeah nah didn't work

  • says "Please enter a valid promo code"

must be trying to boost their dwindling online shopper numbers

  • I got in on this one, just. Saved some money on some household staples. Didn't include liquor or gift cards…thought I'd try first though ;)

  • Where do you add the promo code? After cc details?

    • +3

yeah but it is expired..damn 300 limit

  • where do you get the option to put in the code? is it after the Credit card checkout?

  • Invalid promo code….missed it :o(

  • +2

Definitely worked for me. But it was limited to the first 300. Got a whole bunch of nappies

  • -1

If i put in my CC details will it submit the order straight after? I don't see no coupon code entry beforehand

Was gonna post this deal myself but was heading out the door to work, so I took a quick pic of the offer on the TV, not that it really matters now. I knew for sure that somebody else who woke up with Today would post it! But the offer was limited to 300 orders. Minimum order $50, maximum discount $200 (or perhaps it means the discount stops once you reach $200)

  • There's not even a place to put a promo code?

    • +1

It’s after you put your payment details in, in the place order page, half way up.

  • Damn, I never shop at Coles, but yesterday I did and spent nearly $200. Would have been insane to get this voucher.

  • worked for me … apparently limited to first 300 orders so went really quickly this morning.

  • +5

Darn it living in WA. You're all getting the deals while we are sleeping!!

  • -4

Coles is great. Their prices are always cheaper than the other supermarkets. 50% off those prices are insane! Great deal!

    • +1

      Cheaper than Aldi? I don't think so…

      • If you buy coles brand it is.

Aldi isn't as cheap as people think anymore.

Just buy stuff on special or stick to 'home' branded items.

        • Is it possible to spend less at Coles? Yes. Is it more work than at Aldi? Yes.

        • -1

@mjwills: didn’t realise walking through aisles differs so much in different stores

        • @Danstar: Aldi stores are way smaller than Coles.

        • -1

@mjwills: thusmost people needing to go to woolies or coles afterwards

          ALDI = more work 😜

        • @Danstar: Thanks for your insight.

        • @mjwills: ps. The funny thing is I didn’t down vote you 😂
