  • is jetstar pricematch possible?

      Phone is fine

    • Doesn't have B28 or NFC

    • I believe they only match indiviual fares. i.e. they don't price match 2-4-1 or return free offers.

Actually they've updated their T&C they don't exclude 2-4-1 fares, so maybe give it a try

    • Did they change price match. It seems to be an automated system now, the last time I used it had a chat box, so you could select the fare price you got off skyscanner.

How many times have you been cancelled by tiger? I've flown with them plenty and never had a hiccup.

      • it is a play on the 2 for 1 offer; jees some people need to lighten up.

      • 3 times with me 4 times with my mate but we don't fly with tiger anymore. Lessons learned late as Ozbargainer mindset. All they would offer is refund if they cancel return flight.
So last time we had to buy $500 each return with Qantas from cairns and they Refunded the return fare after 3 months.
Not tempted by any of their offers. Great airlines if you want to end up your holiday with a bad memory.

  • I need 3 for 1 :(

Don’t take the risk I’m an engineer for virgin and I wouldn’t wish my worst enemy to fly with tiger

    • Be nice to your little brother. I thought since BAE took over maintenance it's been pretty good?

    • TigerAir is your daughter! How offensive >:(

Been messed around too often by these clowns to ever use them again.

Last time I flew them for an el-cheapo weekend, returning from the destination late in the afternoon, they changed the late afternoon return flight to an early morning departure. Sure Tiger, (Virgin) I'll get up at sparrows on a long weekend to suit you. Uh, fat chance.

When I refused their offer of a refund on the return leg (pointless refunding the return leg, I bought outward and return flights together, no matter the fine print) they eventually agreed to refund BOTH flights for me and the lovely mistress.

Was an ugly experience; life cheapening even. All fine if the A320 turns up as scheduled, but that's only slightly likely, especially if you book way ahead.

    Never again.

(As an aside we booked Scoot a while back for a quick wander around the MRT and food courts of Singapore. They have changed the return trip from about 12.30AM to later, around mid morning later on the same day, so another night at our B&B, which is a positive change!)

"flights for me and the lovely mistress" - is that you Barnaby?

  • I'm getting the "The promotion code is not valid and cannot be applied to this booking. Please 'edit search' to try again" error despite trying to book within the valid dates (incl. the no weekends restriction). Anyone know what the issue could be?

    • did you select TWO adults instead of one? it works both on one way and return…

  • AH just conveniently after my mid-semester break and before my mid-year break..

  • will there be any more deals for early April after Easter?
