So for Day 2 of the "Make War Not Love 5" event by Sega you will get the following games if the target Sega sets is met.

  • Binary Domain - this is a full game
  • Company of Heroes 2 - Victory at Stalingrad Mission Pack - this is a DLC which you will only redeem if you also own the base game (you can buy that cheaply at HRK: https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/361269)

The target is again 500000 hours of playing time in a day - I have a feeling that this is the target for all days as that was where the padlocks where when they were shown before.

To get the games you need to simply sign up to the website and confirm your e-mail. The games and DLC will be sent directly to your Steam account.

      You have to agree to everything (including receiving marketing) to get the button to work, if that's the bit you're referring to.

        Yeah I did and when the button lights up I press it and the page just seems to freeze and do nothing.

    Are the two free Mega Drive games random or always Revenge of Shinobi and Streets of Rage 2?

    I have the latter but not the former and Revenge of Shinobi was a part of my childhood memories so I'm glad to get it.

      I got those two games.

      Playing those old games I realised they are harder than I remember and don't take a lot of time to complete.

    Weird email for MWNL5 today. Kinda suggests you have to sign up each day, although that wouldn't make sense (you can only connect steam once).

    Is there anything I need to do to get these today? I'm logged in but can't seem to click on anything today (as opposed to yesterday). Guess I'm already registered?

    Does it all just happen automatically?

    Can't seem to find any useful info on the page about the event except that it started 14th Feb. Yes I know that bit.

      Automatic. You do not need to do anything if you have already signed up.

    I can see 16 Feb, 2018 MWNL5 Day 1 - added to my Steam account, so it looks like the free games were added - even though the web site appears to indicate the target 500,000 hours were not met.

      It depends on how you interpret the site. Target has been met, games unlocked but now Day 1 has been locked again in the sense that the playing hours count towards Day 2, not Day 1. That is what that lock symbol now means on Day 1. Plus now it is too late to get Day 1 games. If you registered today you would only get Day 2, 3, 4, and 5 I believe plus the sign up games.

    Bundle for Day 2 unlocked. Check your Steam accounts in 24 hours - the game and DLC should be in there.

      Weird… I got the Sega Classics from day one, but no Binary Domain. Did however get Viking : Battle for Asgard added to my library today though.

      Did anyone else get Binary Domain?

        It can take up to 24 hours after the day is is over. Check tomorrow early evening and you should have it.
