6 months later I might get it.

      Get it or regret it?

  • I got one of these, it's not bad.

It does come with a mandarin voice when you pair, for low battery, etc. Dunno if you can change it

What does a "mandarin voice" sound like? Or do you mean the voice prompts are in Mandarin language?

      • +1

        Exactly, the voice prompts

        Engwish?

  • Pretty good headset IMO.

Biggest selling point is its cheapness of course, but I havent had any issues with mine (have 3 spread out across the place) - reasonably solid, bluetooth never drops out (Pixel 2 XL), speakers are clear and mic picks up my voice no probs.

    • How long does the battery last?

I want to get one to listen to music at my desk at work/on the train/bus and be able to take calls if necessary (which isn't often), but I feel like I will look like a douche if I do (not that I really care I suppose).

Otherwise I will just have to save up for a pair of wireless earphones with a decent microphone.

      • I have these headsets all over the place so I never max out the battery.

One thing I can say is that when using, I kept wondering why the battery hasnt depleted, after having it on for ages and used heaps of times. So I'm gonna say that the battery life is damn good :)

Music duties are taken care of with my Bose Soundsports so no idea if the single Xiaomi headset is any good.

        • Ah OK thanks. So if you're not using them for music then they would probably last a bit longer.

  • More youth & more humanization

    Haha

if you buy 2, can you have stereo?

    • That wld depend on your fone - can it connect and run two headsets at once? :)

      • Well even if it could, would you just get identical audio on both ears or actual stereo sound?

Cheers op, was running out of replacement heads for electric tooth brush.

  • how do you pay in USD?

      You on mobile or pc?

      • pc.

        Is it mobile only?

I don't see any option either way.

          See here

Press the arrow next to the currency.

        • @BrodenIt:

          Doesn't work.

It brings up a table when you hover over it to let you see the comparison exchange rate, but it doesn't let you actually click on any of them to change the currency. Tried this in 3 different browsers.

If you're logged in with an AU account, it will be AUD. If you're not logged in, it will show USD, but you kind of have to log in to place an order.

Anyway, if the audio is mandarin I will probably skip it.

  • hmm.. dumb question, you do get a pair of these correct? one for Left & Right ? Just concerned its only showing one…

    • You only get one. I don't think they can be used as a pair

      • bummer..
