There's about 20 stores cheaper. Yes they don't include shipping, but I checked a couple and inc shipping it still comes to ~153. If one of those stores is local to someone then can save $ on shipping.

No. In fact there are only FOUR stores selling for less than $153.
The 20 stores include toners "for CX-3200 printer". Try "CX-3200 printer" instead of "CX-3200"

    Maco technology $145 delivery $20 - $25 Over 5kg ($165 mimimum)
    V Tech Industries $147 delivery Interstate Metro - $23.50 - $31.00 ($178 minimum)
Tech Buy $147.60 delivery by courier (over 5kg) prices not given but probably $20 -$30 like everyone else
Computer Online $150 - delivery by courier prices not given.

You must have cheked the shipping costs on a replacement toner cartridge because none of them come to less than $153 delivered.

    • There are actually a few places cheaper. Specifically scroptec (for anyone local) who have it for $115 pick up (but exorbitant delivery fees)

From scorptec (7th down) on are the actual printers. There are quite a few shops who are cheaper for pickup but the closest I found including delivery to 4810 was penta at $154.
Just so people can nosy around to see if their local does have it cheaper.

    when buying a printer:
consider toner/drum replacement costs (or cartridge which has both toner and drum).
consider whether this model comes with a full or 'starter' toner levels.
because these add to the true cost.. depending on your usage.

  • It is really new to me that new printer comes with starter toner, ie half empty toner, in order to reduce cost and with the intention of cheating customers.

  • I've had a really bad run with their printers. In one year I've had one serviced 3 times and sadly the 4th time it broke a month after the warranty expired.

Lets hope this newer range are more reliable.
