  Crap fan. Never buy Dyson again. I got the purelink one, fan won't stop rotating even it is switched off. Sent to service centre for over 2 weeks now still no update. The cold air is not even that cold and if you put on max, it is super noisy. Avoid it. Should of gone and buy a $10 Kmart fan instead.

    The air is not that cool? fans cool you by evaporating moisture on your skin the air itself does not need to be cooled. maybe you don't have enough moisture going on?
