      But the 700 has lesser internals, and a worse build quality. I manage a fleet of both, I'd take the 510 over the 700 any time.

        Depends on what you use it for.
        6th gen i5 cores apparently are very audible, compared to the m7. Im not exactly needing a powerhouse, but I want decent power and the m7 delivers.

        Build quality I'm not sure what it's like on the 510, but I enjoy the look of the 700 it's very surface pro like.

          I've mentioned in other threads, the 700 suffers from the white light of death. One day, it will just shut down and only the web cam light will come on, happened to most of my fleet.

          The 510 looks more like a Surface imho, and the type cover is nicer too.

          edit: got it after googling. 510 with i5 heavier but more power and with fan. 700 using m core

    Got the lenovo miix 700 a few weeks back. Very happy with mine. The last deal that was posted. Awesome little thing. Web cam wasn't working but a quick visit for the drivers and its up and. Running

      Did you get your rear realsense camera working? I can't get any of the realsense apps to pick it up and it's looks extremely pixelated on the windows camera app. Updating drivers causes it to stop working altogether.

      Also got one of these. Thanks for the reminder. Webcam is one thing (might be more?) I haven't checked yet - but I'll see if mine is all good.

      PS - are the batteries in your active pen dead? Yet to find someone who still has got charge in it, just a drained battery.

        My pen still has battery, not that I've used it often.

        There was an issue with Edge back then which was resolved with later updates so I had to wait a day for windows to update before I could download Chrome.

        Incase anyone updates the keyboard firmware and finds that it breaks the trackpad you can downgrade it back by following: https://forums.lenovo.com/t5/Windows-based-Tablets/Miix-700-…

        The older firmware had issues with missed keyboard presses which happens to mine sometimes but I'd rather missed key presses than trackpad not working. Other option is to live without the elan drivers meaning no multitouch on the trackpad or upgrade to the miix 720 keyboard.

    Just beware - the warranty is actually 3 months, not 12 months. There is a term and condition sheet paper that comes in the box.

        There is a term and condition, which is a piece of paper packed inside the box when arrived, has stated only 3 months warranty though it was advertised as 12 months warranty on ebay listing.

        I bought the miix 700 few weeks back.

          Because warranty claims generally can’t exclude themselves from Australian consumer laws. Maybe illegal is the wrong word to use but I think consumer guarantees would override the 3 months claim.

      Last one came back with 2 more units an hour or two after it had sold out the first time. Other than that, no idea.

      EDIT: with 34 sold, your chances aren't looking good.
