I received the exact same copy & paste reply. I contacted them further but they didn't reply.
I went ahead and posted it back asking for an exchange to a Eur 46 as originally intended. Just came in under $44 postage back to the UK which I can claim off PayPal.
got the delivery, great shoes. And checked the website again and list $44 plus 20% future discount? Seems the deal is still there…
Got mine delivered today and got the incorrect size too but strangely enough this size actually fits me so good thing i did not get the size mentioned in order email
Yeah, I ordered some other under armour shoes last week also from them (ua drift)
Used the sizing chart to try and translate them us/UK/eur sizing..
The chart lined up us/eur sizing correctly based on under armours sizing (us9/eur43) so ordered based on us size but ended up getting UK 9/eur44 (though their sticker over the top says uk9/eur43)
Still fit OK but guess need to always assume uk sizing for future orders.
Delivered yesterday.Ordered and received size 13(UK), perfect fit, now my airmax 2017's size 13(US) feel tight :(
ordered on feb 28 and still waiting for delivery to perth… last tracking update was on the 2nd of February…

Update:Return shipping cost me $43 getting refunded thru PayPal. Sports direct needs to get their shoe sizing correct. What a pain in the arse.
I received the wrong size. I ordered 10 (44) and received 11(45). That's shitty.
And 20 days later I am STILL waiting for my delivery, tracking says it has been in Perth for over a WEEK !!! This is a truly pathetic delivery service

I can confirm that you have received the correct sized item.
As we are a UK company all of the items that we sell are in UK sizes, therefore if it is a UK size 11 that has been ordered this is what you will receive, which you have.
We do advise of Euro and US sizing to help customers choose the correct sized item however it is advised this is just a size guide and should not be taken for 100% accuracy.
If you no longer require the item this can be returned back to us for either an exchange or full refund.
