  Can't use it as Woolworths Caltex so better to use 5% off Woolworths Gift Cards and 4c from Woolworths if you have it. I use 98 so that around 11.5c off for me (@ $1.50l)

  Tried in Tempe with 95 fuel and didn't work. The staff said the code is related to a momentum card or something

    The staff are incorrect, though today being the first day of the promo the staff only received the information in the stupid system they use for in houses notifications… which doesn’t notify you when you get a notice.

    Here is the in-house info that was sent out.

    “A targeted promotion is being sent out via email to the Caltex database which will begin tomorrow, 1st of March. Below are the details of the offer and a one-pager is attached as well for you to print out as a quick reference guide. Another document is attached which is the standard in using a barcode for customer discounts, which will also be available in the Ops Manual.

    What?

    Customers who receive an email from Caltex will get a discount on fuel at Star Mart and The Foodary.

    NSW & ACT – Save 6c per litre on fuel
    QLD – Save 5c per litre on fuel
    WA, SA, NT, VIC & TAS – Save 4c per litre on fuel

    Who?

    Customers who are part of the Caltex database (approximately 240,000) will receive the email. This does NOT include StarCard and StarCard Debit customers.

    When?

    1 March – March 15 2018

    How?

    Customers will show the barcode from the email on their phone or bring a printed version in store. The Store Manager or CSA scans the barcode and the discount will be applied to the POS. If the barcode won’t scan, you can manually enter the barcode number into the POS and then press hot key “Item” to apply the offer. Refer to the document Using A Barcode for Customer Discounts Standard.

    Terms and Conditions

    There is also a promo that was launched for Uber momentum where bronze and silver level members get bonuses of per litre above what they normally get. Gold and platinum you get nothing, it’s the price you pay for being good at what you do.

  Can the NSW barcode be used in QLD?

  Have used it 3 times at different Caltex starmart in NSW and each time the barcode came up with an error when scanned.

  I had to tell operator to key it in manually each time and it worked.
