This looks like a good deal for anyone who wants to learn to surf. I'm not a fan of cold water myself but for $20 what's the worst that can happen?! The write-up says…

    Dunno really - I've never been surfing myself but I should imagine they'll teach you about the techniques and methods of standing up, and other basic stuff that a beginner needs to know before getting better.
