Just saw this when browsing through eBay. It was on the homepage.

If you are a new user or inactive one .. you submit your email address and can get a $10 voucher emailed to you.

Terms of the deal are here

You are an “Eligible Participant” if: You are 18 years or older; and You have not shopped on eBay.com.au in the past 12 months or you have never shopped on eBay.com.au before.
The $10 discount is on item cost only, and does not apply to postage costs.

You need to open in an incognito window to open the link as the normal tab way doesn't seem to work.

You should get this.

      Yeah i have just tried it and it doesn't seem to work anymore. It worked when i posted the deal as i captured the screenshot.

      Maybe eBay saw it and removed it.

      There must be another way to access the page again since the terms of the deal are there and the deal is currently on.

    I think I have it worked out. It will only show if you're logged out.

    Chrome logged in - not showing
    Firefox logged in - not showing
    Both logged out - showing

    Also it doesn't like private mode as cookies aren't enabled. Might be a good idea to turn off Adblock/UBlock.

      Try it again in Chrome Incognito mode, it works without clearing browsing settings. Think eBay tweaked something. It didn't work before, now it's working in Chrome Incognito now.

      I did what Clear suggested, logged out on ALL browsers then logged in with an unused account and I could view it. Just waiting for the approval email, fingers crossed. Probably time to make a new email and eBay account.

    I launched ebay.com.au in incognito mode. Clicked around a bit, came back 15 mins later and reloaded the home page and it was there. Thanks OP!

        Nah I clicked around then left the tab open for 15 mins. Anyway I did it twice on 2 email addresses ebay doesnt have for me and didnt get any vouchers as yet :(.

      I haven't received my $10 voucher yet. I created a new account last week. It could take a day but if not received by then i think i might do live chat to get my voucher.

      All companies do it, I really don't get the marketing behind it all. Obviously it works. Why target consistent, regular customers when there is potential more money to be made and convert new customers to regulars.

      Banks, telcos, online stores… they all do it.

      Would be nice to have an e-mail to say: "Hey, thanks for shopping with us, here's a $5 code to use"……

    Have not got the voucher code email yet. Was over 48 hours ago applied(and they say you will get mail within 48hours). Tried again yesterday. Account have not been used for over 14 months.

    Hope they fulfill their promise otherwise may send them a message…

    Didn't get email on my inactive account. Talked to customer service rep who provided a $10 voucher out of goodwill, 1 week expiry. Reason is that I haven't entered my dob into my account and so the system couldn't verify I was 18+ years old. So if you guys didnt't get an email, send a message to customer service and update your profile for future promotions.
