    Glad you let it go at the beginning, wish I should have done the same. Few kids are disappointed now. Postage cost increased to $30 for me after order confirmation.

  Did anyone else also get in the situation like when I asked about the sipping status, they said they called and left a voice message on my phone which I never received about the postage cost going from $15 to $30? I was not happy so requested to cancel the order for full refund.

    Hi Obar,

    As per the replied email, we tried to call and left a voicemail with you on Thursday 8th March.

    The reason for the additional $15.00 for shipping is because you ordered 10 pairs of shoes, and as stated in our shipping terms: we may contact you if your order is bulky and requires additional shipping charges.

    We do not make any money from the shipping, as we only charge what we are being charged by either Australia Post or Toll Couriers.

    Unfortunately being over the other side of the country means its a little more expensive to send items over.

    Your order has since been refunded.
