looks more complicated to clean than a normal espresso machine and using a frothing jug …. guess it depends on situation eg at home for one cup or at an office for many cups.

    yes, guess it's milk goes back into fridge, flush the feed, and cup goes into dishwasher and out the door, and you've had a coffee and it's much cheaper than from a cafe.
    
    Must admit, the grinder and tamping does make a bit of a mess.

IF YOO MUST USE THIS THE MAKE SURE YOU HAVE fresh COFFEE BEANS. EITHER DIRECT FROM ROASTER WITH LESS THEN 7 DAYS POST ROAST SO YOU HAVE A USEABLE LIFE SPAN FROM THEM
