I had a terrible experience with TM Lewin and it’s online return system. Would not recommend until they fix it.

I purchased 2 same style shirts (as the other style I wanted wasn’t available).
Next day the other style was available and I emailed to see if they could adjust the order. They said “no, you’ll need to reorder but we can cancel the existing order for you”, of which I agreed.
Assuming they cancelled, I reordered and next day the first order shipped. Contacted again and they said they will tell their courier to return the item immediately.
Got an email that they have received the return item for ONE shirt and later got an email saying I will be refunded the amount for ONE shirt. I’ve been contacting TM Lewin but no response what so ever.

Very disappointed in the after sale support.
