We have a very limited quantity of the popular DJI Mavic Air Drones(and fly more combo) available. This is a new product for us, we will increase our stock level if there is a demand. This is the Australian version of the drone, and not a grey import!

Shipping is free Australia wide. Please note if you select PayPal as your payment method, there is a 2% surcharge (sorry PayPal'ers, but we have a very low profit margin for this product). No surcharge for Bank Transfer Payment or Cash Pickup. No account required, very simple checkout as guest or using PayPal account. Shipping is from Sydney within 1-2 days when in stock(Note 1), via Australia Post eParcel(with tracking number) - nearly all orders received before 2pm ship the same day. You can also pick up from us in Castle Hill NSW.

The stock level shown above the “Add to cart” button on product page gives the stock we have in our warehouse in Sydney. When it shows "In Stock", we have stock in our Sydney warehouse, and will ship your order within 1 day. When it shows "Available on backorder", we do NOT have stock in our Sydney warehouse, and your order will ship within 2-4 business days from Sydney or Melbourne.

    Is red available? Obviously as the vendor I assume you'll support the product if its DOA or develops a fault shortly after purchase?

    And your site doesn't come up in the list of retailers on the EE group site?

    Interested but just a couple of questions..

    Is this any different from the manufacturer's warranty provided for eg. if you buy from DJI themselves/JB Hifi etc?

    Is this a proper "tax invoice" for TRS purposes?

      Hello, as far as I am aware, all DJI drones sold in Australia via official distributors have the same warranty from DJI. As stated here:

      I got following reply from EE Group regarding warranty:
      "Different DJI parts and products have different warranty periods. Kindly check www.dji.com/service/policy for the length of each parts. Basically, there will be 1 year warranty on the drone and RC (expect build in screen which only got 6 months warranty), but only 6 months warranty on the battery."

      Yes, it is a proper Tax Invoice with 10% GST included in the price. The given price of $1450 already includes the 10% GST. Seller listed on invoice is Modtronix Engineering, ABN 48663118043

          Australian consumer law does not state "2 years" or any fixed amount of time. Items are just expected to last a "reasonable" amount of time.

      Hi, delivery time to Sydney should be about 1-2 day using eParcel. Can check what express post costs for 2kg, but will be a bit additional shipping fee. Or, you could pick it up in Castle Hill. BestBay is my wife & son's website. They are not registered for GST (sales below $75,000 per year), so there is not GST on those prices.

      Thanks, fixed it. Yes, can pick it up the same day. Please note, if you pay via PayPal, pickup is not possible. We only get PayPal seller protection if we ship to the buyers registered address, using a traceable shipping method. So, pick up is only cash or bank transfer payment.
