Burnout Paradise Remastered PS4/Xbone $49 @ JB Hi-Fi

130

The day has come. Our childhood will relived once again through this infamous soundtrack. Crash into cars like never before….and all for $49…interesting that Target and Big Dubs haven't come to the pricing party as they usually undercut EB and JB by at least $10.

anyway, price match away you little cheapies!

EB has the best returns policy, and it's the weekend so take it for a spin and if you don't like it…you know the drill.

It's still cheapest here, but you'd want the physical copy so you can either return it or trade in which would end up being cheaper.

Should have been Burnout 3 remastered!

    • This. Burnout 3 still remains one of the most fun games I've ever played, shame it only runs on the original Xbox :(

      • It works on 360 backwards compatible. It's also on PS2 :)

        • Sorry - yes, but I don't think it works on Xbox One ;(

They just chose this one because it was an easy port from the PC version.

Have been playing this on early access on EA Access (On XB1X) - the game still holds up pretty well. I reckon 10 hours on early access and then wait for it to appear on the vault….

Tried to pricematch big W price of battlefield 1 at Target and was told that they don't pricematch games….so…

    • …what bearing does this have on the post? I've price-matched at both Target and BigW before…it's who you ask. If there is a huge price difference, they will just deny you…but if you are going to price-match, go EB as a first option. as long as it's in stock, they will price-match.

      • You mentioned pricematching at Target in the post , she seemed serious to me like it was a policy, but maybe like you say.

        • lol soz, you must have mis-read my post. I mentioned price-matching and suggested EB would be the best PM option. I mentioned that Target and Big W usually come out strong with their pricing, but it was odd that it wasn't the case this time.

To my understanding, they don't actually have a PM policy for gaming, nor do they have one that says they can't. It's really up to the individual…I believe they only have a Toy Price Match Policy.

      • As andrgram said - it depends on the person… ive only haven't had luck when I tried to pm big w to eb. Didn't work.

    infamous soundtrack

    Why is the soundtrack infamous?

  • Isn't this the RRP?

    • Try telling EB that

      • the EBP.. lol

        • $59 at Target too!
What's going on that we now have to rely on JB for the best prices?

  • Preferred the older ones, as did a lot of people, and since they gave the 360 version away on Gold a few back I have no real need to pick this up. 50 is a reasonable enough price though, I was expecting it would be a full RRP knowing EA.

Bring it over to Switch and I'll buy it again, but until then you offer me nothing worthwhile in this release, sorry dudes.
