      Yes, everything will genuinely come from sports direct.

      They're kinda like the Rebel Sport of the UK, just a lot larger. So yes, the goods will be genuine.

      Yes, although a lot of their products are like cheap model TVs … Sports Direct own a lot of the brands themselves now, so their previous reputations for high quality products may no longer apply (e.g. Donnay, Slazenger, Firetrap, Everlast, Kangol, Karrimor and Lonsdale).

          Their 65% polyester, 35% cotton slazenger polos are absolutely brilliant. Frequently worn for work over the last 4 years they still look new and never need ironing.

    Just wanted to provide some positive feedback.

    I've used SD for years now. In the last deal I ordered a bunch of stuff which arrived very quickly. However one item was a different colour. After sending an email to them I was promptly refunded the amount for the item with no need to return.

          i do get email update on processing . but just way too long.
          i only ordered three pair of shoes. The other order was 3 shirt. The other order was some balls.
          All three order taking 7 days to process.

    So everything ordered is shipped from UK? That's gonna be a fair wait then , but the shipping is cheap at $1.99

      It is ok, not superfast 2-3 weeks to Australia, they send it bulk to Sydney and get picked by fast way courier

      Use PayPal and pay in £ and use your 28degrees or similar card

      Make sure free returns is activated in paypal

        ok….that explains why it takes so long for processing.
        I ordered bulky items….yet the delivery fee is the same. That's gonna be a lose to them in covering shipping.

    Just a word of warning for their courier Fastway:

    Didn't even bother to ring the doorbell, no calling card left + instantly sent the tiny package back to the UK. Not impressed.

      fastway have had my package for a while now, they attempted delivery on a day i was home working, requested redelivery on my next day at home and of course it doesn't make it on the truck. so have to wait another week.

        How did you request redelivery? I didnt even receive a card and it was immediately marked as returned to sender.

        Happened yesterday, sent an email today hoping for a redelivery. Also made another order just in case the 20% expires - probably be dealing with sports direct anymore.

          you wouldn't get they have returned it as unclaimed. I asked for delivery last tuesday which they missed, i then requested for this tuesday coming instead. Fastway attempted delivery on Wednesday and when it wasn't claimed they have sent it back as well.

          hopeless

          @n0mad: Melbourne service is probably managed differently "Return to Sender - your parcel has been returned to sender as we are unable to affect delivery."

    Any ideas on the best way to return items that are the wrong size? Paid via PayPal and activitated the return option. But only covers $45 I believe ..back to the UK going to be tough.
