Cheapest it's ever been without resorting to setting up an eShop account in another country and cheaper than on a cartridge (if you can find one! Search for "Ikenie to Yuki no Setsuna" if looking for a cartridge version). All text/subtitles/menus in English, voices (which you can switch off) are in Japanese (it's better this way).

    It’s Square Enix, not an indie. But I guess you need to be a JRPG fan to have heard of it.

      Square Enix has an indie program, so it could be both.

        That is true (about the indie program). In this case, however, it was done by an actual Square Enix studio formed by Square Enix, although I think this was the first game that the subsidiary studio made.
