Off The Pallet in Fyshwick seems to be having 60% off everything. This was a great price for a nice lil cast iron pot, gonna put it in the oven and make chili and cornbread tonight.
Not sure of the quality of this brand but it's solid and should be right? Better than spending like $500 on Le Creuset.
Also great if you like camp cooking, plenty of awesome one-pot recipes out there that work great with cast iron.
It can go wherever, fire, stove, oven no worries.
Yeah sorry I forgot to put that in the title! This shop does have stores elsewhere though - looks like Brisbane, Cairns, lots in Vic, and one in Sydney.
It wasn't advertised as a closing down sale or anything either.

Well I must say, I've shopped for cast iron pots a few times, and own a bigger one (very old and from a big brand that has slipped my mind right now) and the quality seems pretty similar.
I guess I'll pay for my sins if it falls apart in a year, but for now, it's a good deal.
Happy with the Aldi's ones, cheaper in price and you can pick one up easily from one of their stores.
