    Yeah, best of luck. However, in true ozbargain fashion you're likely to get a better deal with either the Cheap Tickets or Orbitz discount codes otherwise the 3.5% cashback on cash rewards and the Hotels Rewards with Hotels.com

    These guys do some really good cashback deals in Singapore. Keep in mind for referrals, when someone clicks your link, it will show the email address that you signed up with. You may want to use a separate email (or only refer your friends).

    Its always so good to have competitions in free market, however, OP, may I please ask you that how good is your tracking system? I believe that most complaints raised in Cashback website is the payout figure, which is associated firmly with your tracking record . After all, the reliable tracking system is fundamental, after all, even 100% cashback rate means nothing without a reliable and "faithful"(the KEY!) tracking system.

      You're right, the value of a Cashback website is directly dependent on the reliability of the tracking systems, as well as integration tools used by Shopback and our partners. We focus so much time testing each store our office is now full of sock and cable orders! (p.s. we do also have a dedicated team taking care of our operations too). Unfortunately, some orders do fall through, but we're always innovating to find new tracking methods to improve this for all of us!

      Have the same thoughts and completely agreed.

      I'm moving to other cashback websites after my payout have recently been declined by store/cashrewards on 3 different occasions. They were all hotel bookings worth around $1400 and I screen captured my browser shows no other tab opened nor any coupons used. They simply said that my trx was not associated to cashrewards and no other explanation where it lost - equals to "bad luck its customer fault"

      Contrary to what some misguided OzBers believe, you cannot double dip or triple dip cashback providers. The affiliate networks will allocate the commission to whichever site was last clicked. If you click through CR, then click through SB, the sale will go to SB. If you click through SB, then click through CR, the sale will go to CR.

        Oh I didn't know I could sign up on SG website and get cashback. Thought it was only for Singapore residents… That's too bad, I could have gotten cashback for my klook and kkday purchases. Any chance of bringing klook & kkday to the AU site? These two online travel agents are quite popular with good deals for tickets, but not so well known on ozbargain and AU cashback sites.

      Is it possible to claim cashback for a transaction that didn't track using a competitors cashback site?
      What I mean is, use a competitors cashback site to make a purchase. But the transaction didn't track.
      Now either I can put in a missing transaction query on the competitor site, or, is it possible to add query and add the transaction tracking to shopback?

    Hi Rep, I tried giving ShopBack a go last week, given we have to build up a balance to claim this bonus cashback. My purchase was on Apr 2nd, however cashback overview appears stuck at the Clicked stage, and hasn't progressed. I've followed the FAQ on the website, which says I can log missing cashback here. However this just takes me to a 404 error page. My experience using other cashback sites is that I find myself logging missing cashback rather often, so I feel this is an important thing to get right if I were to use ShopBack over the other sites. Appreciate any help you can provide. Cheers
