      Had a HP spectre 13 before and it fried itself because it became too hot. Saw similar reviews on their 2-in-1s about them getting hot. HP seem to make great looking devices but functionally they have always been a let down in my experience.

      You might want to check out this Lenovo which seems to have higher specs but has been discontinued (so be wary):

      eBay are doing the 20% off thing and this item applies. For ~$780, it might tick the boxes for you. It's apparently not a high-end, full-day machine but is good for around 6 hours of casual use including sketching/note-taking with the 2048-pressure level pen. The main con for me is that it doesn't support USB-C charging.
