  Interesting that I can't find anything on the website that indicates where this business is. I notice it has a returns policy which appears to require the buyer to pay for the return to perhaps an overseas location?

  I would hope that it the business is located in Australia is collecting GST. Lots of mistakes on the website.

  I need a cartridge but I think I am just going to pop down to Cartridge World.

  Also, the FAQ answer to "How come it takes so long to deliver my free order?" (I assume means "my free shipping order") conflicts with the answer for FAQ question "Can I cancel my order". One explains that they ship in bulk to a destination rather than individually. The other rules out canceling because of the quick and accurate distribution of products.
