    I’m generally away during the winter so have the summer to hang out watching cartoons with the kids. The quality is always fantastic when you're watching through the OLED TV. The thing that stood out to me is the blacks in the OLED really shows and distinguishes those colours very very well. I love the OLED. One of the things I look forward to when I come home is actually being able to sit on the couch in front of my OLED TV.

    Be aware, OLEDs are not perfect! What they dont tell you is…

    Suffers from burn in and color bleed & its not converted by warranty
    Not great lag time for gaming with xbox/sony ps4
    Not super bright, 800nits max about 600 measured as apposed to 1000-1500nits

    So balance that out with 'great blacks' ~ checkout samsung's backlit upcoming Q9F series…

    Just saying, your paying TOP DOLLAR after all guys! Id go a samsung 65" on sale from binglee instead (better OS than LG) and avoid all andriod tv's period (so not hisence or TCL)

        They use the same story with plasma, but my 5 years old Panasonic plasma is still the best in term of motion, color and black level compared any LCD right now on the market. It's a sad state of affair that people still buy LCD TV in 2018 giving the shitty viewing angles, laughable black level, clouding, color bleeding which is 100 times worse than any burn-in from OLED.

        Disclaimer: I own a Panasonic 4k LCD and sold it after clouding appear which are permanent and are very distracting in a dark room.
