BUPA currently have a deal running where members get 50% off any items on the New Balance online store - but the code appears to be generic so I think it would work for anyone?

It excludes football and cricket boots - and the email says it only applies to full price items but I used it on a discounted item earlier and it worked just fine, YMMV.

UPDATE - only works with reduced items if you buy something full price with your order (like a cheap pair of socks).

UPDATE 2 - no longer works on reduced items but does work on full price items.

  Has anyone been able to contact customer support? I've tried 2 x via online form, and many calls. Can't get a response, and call gives a recorded message, then hangs up!!!!

  I need to swap some sizes. Didn't have this issue last time.

    Having the same problem, thought it was just me! Send them a email a week ago with no response. Called up a number of times and it just hangs up! Both on the 1800 number and the 03 number…Guess I'll have to keep trying…Just need a return authorisation number…

      Finally got in touch with them, played roulletee with the 1800 and 03 number, i think the trick was to not call during lunch time when a lot of other people would be calling

  I just tried the coupon code that's in the description. And it still currently works. Even although the post is marked as expired. It really hasn't yet.

  Anyone tried to call their customer service line? Never goes through.
  Also they don't respond until you open a PayPal case. Poor customer service.

    That hasn't been my experience. They ignored my email, but I called, got straight through and arranged a size swap within 2 minutes. They were really good about it.
