  • That's a great deal, it's $99 at the shaver shop, and nearly half of RRP.

  • i guess you can join catch club for 6.xx for the first month at the same price and then can cancel the subscription ?

  • How much for Oral D?

Free. I can come round and give you mine

Got the dual handle one from Catch last year for $80
    Pretty good stuff

  • thks grabbed one.

looked at extra brushead 10 pack, but worked out to be about the same as shaver shop in bigger packs $4each.

    • I have this one. Bought it in April last year and still use the original brushead. I use this electric at night and a manual brush in the morning, so 1 year with the original brushead on daily use. My advice is not to buy extra brusheads until you need them. I bough a 6 pack when I bought the electric brush and still haven’t opened them.

  • Is this the new version with Lithium Ion battery?

    • not sure about lithium but new model 3000 has bluetooth and talks to phone app ……. what a gimmick, i had bluetooth on previous brush and never used it.

      • Oral-B app has setting for those without Bluetooth brushes - listens for sound of motor to register length of time of brushing.

Having your phone near you while brushing teeth, with water & mess - not a good idea! I uninstalled it!

Reviews say don't buy based on Bluetooth gimmick.

Guess this isn't latest model (with Bluetooth)😞

Thanks. Great deal - had $10 referral credit & had already bought a month of delivery = $59 delivered👍

Was earlier going to buy from Chemist Warehouse for $90 - lucky I missed out!

Have my old Oral-B ProfessionalCare 500 on the bench to be rebuilt. Thought battery had failed after over 5.5 years daily use. Battery is fine, control circuit failed. Had rewired to bypass controls but then only control was the addition of a simple on/off switch. Was still figuring out how to incorporate charging. (Somewhere the disemboweled Oral-B before that is lurking.)

This will be so much better (higher RPM & oscillates) & saves me the trouble of reassembling an old unit!

Oral-B had mistakenly sent $50 (instead of $30) cash back for that $99 brush. Bought half price at Woolies plus 10% off that with Rewards Card = $45.
So was paid $5 (less 50c for stamp) for that toothbrush. Think I got my money's worth in that deal😁

  • Looks good but I am struggling to find if they sell 'Sensitive' refills for the 3000 model - does anyone know or can point me to an example of a Sensitive bristle Oral B 3000 head refill pls.?

  • I have this one. It’s great, but looking back I should have bought the Pro 1000, which has only one mode.
I’ve found that the Daily Clean mode is the only one I need, so on the Pro 3000 I need to press the switch 3 times to turn the unit off. May not seem like a big deal, but after 8 months it’s annoying.

    • Minimalism, less is better. 😄

    • Lol

A small tip for you: press the button for 1-2 sec

      • LOL
        Thanks, that did the trick.
I would still get the Pro 1000 though next time if it were cheaper.
        All the best.

        • I only choose 3000 over 1000 for its higher rotation rate. The other modes have never been used, too.

        • @gosund: They're both with the same pulsation/oscillation rate.

not sure how this brushes your teeth any better than the $23 one at half price from Woolies last week.

    • I’d like to know this too

    • Battery life is one difference in my experience. The basic cheaper one survived 2 years before battery failed. Dearer one lasted 5.5 years before control board failed. Battery is still good. Now upgrading in this deal.

So more than twice the life with extra features (faster RPM, oscillation etc) & 3 different brushes included - for just over twice the price in my case ($10 referral credit, no delivery fee as already paid $6.50 for Club in earlier purchase). Much nicer to use. I wouldn't go back to the basic ones.

      • we've got 3 basic ones in our house (me + 2 kids), I guess 3-4 years old. No battery failures.
At about 1/3x the cost, I'm happy with my basic ones. Each to their own.
